I don't know what are you doing there. I don't think all goes wrong.usb c to usb c not working either.

After that no usb only charging.

I don't know excactly witch firmware, but I used HiSuite.
I tried to times. First time it went ok, but no usb. Then auto update two times to the latest.
After that I I guess it was the current version. Followed tutorial exactly.

I'd like to downgrade the firmware to theversion where google services can be installed. Unfortunately as i understand my version can't be downgraded directly using hiSuite proxy any more, and a downgrade using dload is required. So I'm looking for a suitable firmware for that for my region.
Meanwhile i found this firmware:

Can i directly downgrade to emui10 from my firmware using this file?

There are few options, but some of them are risky or very risky. You have to get 10.1.0.121 to install GMS at the end.
V1. From 11.0.0.241 to 10.1.0.121 using HiSuite Proxy.
V2. From 11.0.0.241 to a lower version with original and newest version of HiSuite (not proxy), if the downgrade is available. After that continue with HiSuite Proxy to 10.1.0.121.
V3. (Risky) From 11.0.0.241 to 10.1.0.178 (from here, not for free) or 10.1.0.168 using DLOAD method. Will be no FastCharge and USB-cable transfer data between computer and phone. Then Upgrade (if available, with OTA or eRecovery+WiFi) several times to the first 11.0.0.2xx firmware that will provide you back the USB connection to computer. After that continue with HiSuite Proxy to 10.1.0.121.
V4. (Very Risky) Method B described here. Firmware in Note 1.

, For the C185 I bought a type C flash drive, it didn’t update through *#*#2846579#*#* as the phone couldn’t identify the drive but it did work through the pressing power button + volume up after turning the phone off , I don’t know why but eventually it worked.

Yea , Google play services are working and the phone have the latest update as well.
V1 - HiSuite proxy site published the following warning:
- ALERT : Downgrading from Latest EMUI 11 disables your phone's Fast Charging, Fastboot, USB Connection and TestPoint.
- The only way to fix it is updating through OTA, E-Recovery or Dload by memory card to latest EMUI 11.
So I'm not sure this is a good way
V2 - unfortunately HiSuite (not proxy) does not allow to downgrade from the version I have so I'was looking for an EMUI11 dload firmware with older version to rollback and use HiSuite for firther downgrades
V3 I thought dload firmware is downgrading all components so dload firmware can be used to move from any to any version, isn't it?
V4 looks like it will be the last resort
The fact that the P40 PRO, no longer recognizes the usb connection after downgrade, has nothing to do with the cable or the device's connector.
I downgraded my device from EMUI 11 to EMUI 10, and it immediately stopped recognizing it.
I changed the cable, I changed the computer and it still didn't solve.
I ended up reinstalling the updates available via and wifi, and when I reinstalled 11.0.0.202, the device recognized the USB port again.

Can I please request the DLOAD fix for C636? I've got N39 on N29 (C636) and I can't use anything to flash it.
I have a NM card and a OTG for NM/SD.
Would this be possible? Many thanks in advance.

5Did you downgrade P40Pro using P40 Pro+ firmware? Maybe this thread can help you.
This is for C432 region only. Do not use this firmware on other region firmware. I can prepare the firmware for other region.
When you downgrade P40Pro firmware using P40Pro+ firmware elements your phone will show like this:
On those phones can use OTG adapter + dload firmware.
The steps:
1. Download the dload firmwares (180 and 202) from this link:
Password required
s.go.ro
They are not the same firmware as the ones you can find on internet.
2. Unzip 180 firmware and copy dload folder to the memory stick (NM card if OTG is not working)
3. Write 180 firmware using memory-stick + USB-C OTG / NM Card + ProjectMenu\Software Upgrade\1.Memory card Upgrade. To access ProjectMenu, type *#*#2846579#*#* on the original dial app.
At the end will be like this:
4. Use the same procedure with 202 firmware.
At the end will be like this:
5. The USB connection to computer is back now.
6. Use HiSuite proxy to downgrade again using the N29 firmware files (https://www.firmfinder.ml/). After this step you will have N29 back.
At the end will be like this:
7. Now you can install Google, fix the push notifications ( I have the best solution, but is not free) and make update of EMUi to have USB connection to computer and fast charging back.
LE:
a. It is possible to skip to install 180 and write 202 directly, but nobody tried yet. Baby steps.

L.E. The transfer files between Computer and phone is available on the downgraded firmware (10.1.x.x) when you use a certain USB-c to USB-c cable. In this case a UGREEN, US355, USB-C To USB-C, 3.1, Gen.2, PD, 5A, 100W, 4K, 10 Gbps cable has been used. In the same time, using the original USB cable or other ordinary USB-c to USB-C cable have not activated the file transfer.
c. You can use a NM card if OTG+Memory card doesn't work. You will download and extract/copy dload firmware on NM card using phone internet connection.

As I can see on your images, it doesn't download the files. Server problem or you dont have enough space on the computer partion C:\.
Or your computer partition C:\ is not NTFS formatted (it is FAT 32 only).1I think that Your HiSuite version is not good.
