My bad I let it charge for some minutes the led was stable so I turned it on only pressing the power button and it worked.

Hi, I want to make a contribution, I had the same errors as you but I was able to solve it without doing a test point, it only turned on repeatedly because it was not loaded, once I loaded it I could turn it on in fastboot mode easily.
(I have to clarify that I have the bootloader unlocked)

You must use the fastbootimage which is the same as it was on your phone when it was stock.
An older image won't work a newer could work.

I have no idea which one it was tbh. Since I had EXACT same problems as mentioned here and I totally lost all hope, I was just "f**k it", and did it. (do NOT follow my example).
The download finished first try, no issues whatsoever and my phone finally works!

Why I bricked it in the first place is because I tried to flash a custom ROM to try to see if that will fix my microphone issue. My mic doesn't work for around 10 seconds when any app accesses it (recording, video capture, call, etc) and then it starts working normally.

Unfortunately, it still doesn't work. At least now I can actually sell it for some value...

System Has Been Destroyed! Can not download the Qualcomm app from the link you provided but my son had a newer version.

When I follow those steps, I don't know where you get a patch file. It isn't mentioned in your description.

Try the latest OrangeFox Recovery, I had decryption problems using twrp and A11. Otherwise if you can reach fastboot maybe try to reinstall the original stock rom again using official xiaomi flash tool, just make sure to use "clean all" NOT "clean and unlock"

check the comments after the post, I linked the 2mm double sided tape I used and It's still working great. Either that or b7000 glue.

So I know that my phone was from batch 2020.11 and came with V11.0.11.0.PCOMIXM, which came out in 2020-10 according to https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/archive/miui/ginkgo/ . Following that logic I'd guess that your phone came with V11.0.8.0.PCOMIXM.

I used ROM 12.0.6.0.QCOMIXM image from here and it worked perfect from the first time.

I have a rooted redmi note 8, I got it bricked when it tried to install the latest update (android 11). It rebooted for the update and instead of the original recovery, twrp launched and asked me about the lock pattern. It then stopped working. Doesn't even vibrate or anything, only black screen. I tried force reboot after waiting half an hour by pressing power/vol+/vol-, power alone, power/vol+ and power/vol-. Nothing worked. I tried while the phone is connected to the pc. I noticed that everytime I get notifications about usb disconnected/usb connected. The power led didn't even blink or the backlight.
I followed your tutorial. But I launched Miflash and installed the drivers first. Then I launched Qfil and clicked download. The phone rebooted as normal.
Now I'm going to retry updating to miui v12.0.2.0.RCOMIXM and root it afterwards.
