You must use the fastbootimage which is the same as it was on your phone when it was stock."ginkgo_global_images_V220.127.116.11.PCOMIXM_20201119.0000.00_9.0_global_37804edbcb.tgz from https://bigota.d.miui.com/V11.0.11....XM_20201001.0000.00_9.0_global_389eff34c9.tgz"
These two files are not the same? Is that a mistake on your part; do I download the one from the link or go search for the one you mentioned we should downloads?
Try the latest OrangeFox Recovery, I had decryption problems using twrp and A11. Otherwise if you can reach fastboot maybe try to reinstall the original stock rom again using official xiaomi flash tool, just make sure to use "clean all" NOT "clean and unlock"
check the comments after the post, I linked the 2mm double sided tape I used and It's still working great. Either that or b7000 glue.
So I know that my phone was from batch 2020.11 and came with V18.104.22.168.PCOMIXM, which came out in 2020-10 according to https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/archive/miui/ginkgo/ . Following that logic I'd guess that your phone came with V22.214.171.124.PCOMIXM.
