can someone tell me what supersu version everyone is using to root 6.x?

Edit:

Got someone on 6.x, its unlocked boots fine.
Flash Twrp
flash supersu (tried 2.65, 2.71, 2.79)
supersu flashes in system mode
phone gets stuck on the unlocked logo, with adb enabled.

i dont see verity being enabled after flashing supersu, i checked fstabs
I can restore system and it boot again

My daughter is gone today, she has my turbo so I cant really play around

Any ideas ppl?
You have to flash version 2.62 beta first, and then whatever more recent version that you want. https://download.chainfire.eu/751/SuperSU/

I'll update the guide.

My phone has been unlocked bootloader, and I have done according to the instructions. But it still can not flash TWRP. Perhaps the problem comes from the phrase
" slot-count: not found
slot-suffixes: not found
slot-suffixes: not found
has-slot:recovery: not found"
in the picture before. Cause of error coming from my phone or from PC? Can someone help me?

Those "not found" messages are normal. The picture that you submitted before indicated a successful flash. What happens when you try to boot into recovery mode? A picture of your bootloader screen is not helpful.

Finally, I also have flash TWRP success. Instead of using the command "fastboot flash recovery ..", I had to use the command "mfastboot flash recovery ..". Thanks for the help.

Of course it is a different program, because I've tried every way, and it's what I tried last. Luckily for me, I've finally succeeded flash TWRP. Sorry for my bad English.

Need some help with uninstalling bloatware. Unlocked my Droid Turbo on 6.x and gained root access. So the first thing I wanted to do is remove bloatware. Downloaded Titanium Backup and tried to uninstall some apps...Amazon, Audible, NFL. Titanium says it was successful, but the app icons still remain. When I click on the icon, it says the app has stopped.

Any ideas on why it won't uninstall?

Already tried that. I tried uninstalling a disabled app and uninstalling an enabled app (bloatware). Neither worked.
When you uninstall via titanium backup, you're only removing the app on the system partition. Any updates that you might have installed exist on the data partition, and those don't get removed. After you remove with TiBu, you should be able to uninstall the app from the app drawer like any other user app.

Unfortunately, I can't uninstall from the app drawer. It won't work. If I try to uninstall the app (after uninstalling through Titanium), the only option is 'App Info', no option to uninstall.

Have you tried rebooting after uninstalling with tiBu? Also, if you restart TiBu, does the app that you uninstalled come back?

Yes. Still not able to fully delete.

Yes. Still not able to fully delete.
One more thing...even though the app icon is still present, the app itself does not appear in the app list in Titanium Backup.

So the question is how do I get rid of that app/icon?

So just to be clear, when you:

1. Delete using TiBu
2. Reboot, wipe cache/dalvik in TWRP

The app still does not appear in TiBu, and the app still cannot be deleted from the app drawer?

This is getting crazier...

Using the Amazon app as a test, here's what has happened:

1. Delete using TiBu - app does not appear in the TiBu list
2. Cannot delete the app as a normal app - icon remains
3. When I select the icon, I get the error message that says 'Amazon has stopped working'

I then proceed to turn off the phone and then reboot into TWRP. I wipe Dalvik, ART Cache and Cache and then reboot phone. After doing all that, the app now appears as normal. I can open it, it appears again in the TiBu list.

Nothing is being deleted. This is one of the main reasons why I unlocked and rooted my Droid Turbo. What am I doing wrong?

That is strange. Well, since TiBu doesn't want to work properly, try this:

1. Use your favorite root browser to look for that package in /system/app or /system/priv-app
2. Delete the entire folder containing that app
3. Reboot, wipe cache/dalvik
4. Uninstall app through app drawer if still there

If that doesn't work, use the file browser in TWRP to do the same.

As for what may be wrong, there is a setting called "mount namespace separation" or something like that in SuperSU that is enabled by default that causes issues with TiBu. Disable that setting, and I suspect TiBu will work again.
