I think I figured it out. My SuperSU needed an update, something about the binary. I updated that and then retried deleting the Amazon app. Did it through TiBu and then rebooted/wiped through TWRP.
Now the app is nowhere to be found! Looks like the issue was with SuperSU. I'm going to try and delete all the others and see if it works properly like it did with the Amazon app.

One more question for the experts...now that I've got a properly unlocked and rooted Droid Turbo, what else can I do with it now? I don't necessarily want a ROM but some tweaks to the phone might be nice. Maybe an Xposed module?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
