What to do if i set ro.config.tima=0 but by restarting the phone its on 1 again? Using a S9+ with Android Pie. I tried 2 different Root Explorer and 2 Buildprop Editor nothing worked for me. Even by Mounting the Filesystem to Read-Write and back after saving the change doesnt help. Root is installed with Magisk 19.3

Every time I restart my phone the value is reset to 1.
What should I do?

---------------------
If it's not already done, install the "MagiskHide Props Config" module from Magisk and then reboot.

Open a terminal emulator and run "su" then "props", when the module is loaded, type "1" to edit fingerprint, "f" to pick a certified fingerprint, choose "Samsung " (or that of your phone), then "Samsung S7 Edge" (or that of your phone). For all of the manipulations when the module asks you to reboot, don't reboot.

Then, go back to the main menu again and choose "Add/Edit custom props". Now we need to change everything that is related to Samsung.
Do theses steps for every prop we need to edit :
1. Type "n" to add a custom prop
2. Now we need to say which prop we need to edit : "ro.config.tima"
3. If the value already exists it will show you what is the actual value of the prop : "1", and if it doesn't exist, double check that you didn't make any mistake when typing it and if not, skip it.
4. Then type : "0"
5. The module will asks you for when do you want this to be applied ? Just keep "default" and validate with "y"
6. Now you can reboot your phone, delete all the data of the Galaxy Health app and it should open !

Work OK whith my Samsung S7 Edge whith root stock rom

It will be activated after choosing your fingerprint.

type "1" to edit fingerprint,
type "f" to pick a certified fingerprint,
choose "Samsung " (or that of your phone),
then "Samsung S7 Edge" (or that of your phone).

rectification :
the step choose "Improved hiding" is not necessary.

It works, I had to disable the Systemless Host and SafetyPatch modules from Magisk.
I disabled both of them for security.
The app works beautifully, thanks a lot.
Can you use it to activate Samsung Pay?

Any way to get Samsung Health working on a Note8 with Android Pie without root ?
I have the Knox flag tripped (it's 0x01), the phone is not rooted and would like to keep it like that, so i cannot edit the props file.

Trying to install the app from the first page doesn't work, it just fails with "App not installed", it doesn't say what exactly failed.

Managed to find the answer myself, i've found a patched version of SHealth that works even with the knox triggered.
I can start it and get the data, didn't manage to update it since updating it fails, but at least i can use it.

The app can be found at https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s9/how-to/knox-patched-samsung-health-6-3-0-027-t3919737

Hi ALL,

I updated my Samsung Galaxy S9+ to Android 10 but I don't want to root my phone. Is their any way to fix S Health on unrooted phone with tripped knox?
Version 4 of S-Health not working anymore on Android 10.

Appreciate if someone can help.

Thank you.

Thank you @ThomaSEK
Able to open the app but seems not connected to the server. It just briefly show "Configuring data" and disappear.

I'm using Galaxy S9+ on Android 10 with tripped knox.
Yes, sync does not work for me, too. It's for offline usage only, but it's the only way to get the app working anyway.
