Can anybody confirm if their sleep tracking still syncs as I now get a no data message? This didn't happen before I installed these apps. I can live with it if it's a result of custom watch faces but it would be good to know if this is a consequence.

Ok, thanks for replying. Looks like it is something that we will have to live with.

Why don't you use TaiChi in an old phone or tablet only for custom faces, and on your daily phone original Health app!
I've installed Xposed on Mediapad M3 & M5 and I connect my watch to one of them only if I want to install custom face.
For the rest of time is watch connected to my Mate20 Pro.

I know this has been asked many times, but after searching the web for an answer, it appears many of the guides/tutorials are either outdated or do not reference current app versions or my combination of devices and app versions (?)...
So how the heck do I get OneHop and the option to change watch faces on my Watch GT2 Pro???
Using Mate 20 Pro LYA-L29
Huawei Health ver 11.0.0.517
EMUI version 10.1.0.321
HMS Core version 5.0.4.301
Watch FW version 10.1.3.11
Chinese Huawei ID being used

in huawei health 10.1.1.312 latest update i can only install one watch face at a time, i had health with old version 10.0.2.332 released in 12-02-20 and xposed module works perfectly.
Is it possible to update the xposed module to work in the latest health version?

Yea. We need new module. For Honor GS PRO we cant use version older than health_10.1.1.312. SO for now imposibble to install more than one custom face on this device.
