I had this issue as well. The solution that worked for me was to sideload Netflix onto the tablet. It won't auto-update but it will let you watch netflix. You can get the APK (install file) directly from Netflix (see link below). This worked for me.

THANK YOU !! Yes, I was shouting. I had spent more than a day and a half trying every solution I could get my hands on. Even reinstalled the MIUI Chinese 9.6.6.0 rom many times (want to attempt phone calling).

I took notice that your apk was slightly larger than the others that never worked.

I have a Chinese Huawei Nova 4e and i´m strangling to use Google services on it , even when i succeed to install them they keep on crutching and wont open. i have installed Google apk apps but even them are not functional on this phone. please support

Follow this guide to install the Google Services, if you are on the Chinese ROM. This method requires that you are connected to a network, in order for the services to download.

1) Download the apk file
2) Install the app (you may be prompted to enable unknown sources. If so, enable them)
3) Run the application
4) Keep pressing Install and Done for every Google Service.

For better compatibility, go to Settings -> Permissions and give all permission to Google Play Store, Google Services Framework, Google Play Services, Google Account Manager and Google Calendar Sync. You might also want to allow them to Autostart.
