So far, nobody can successfully use a foreign credit card to pay via GW because it needs a Zip code. Your credit card is registered without a registered zip address. Your payment will not be authorized at the paypass terminal! Please tell us more on how you can break that rule.
I tried adding both a Visa and MasterCard from Canada with a USA ZIP code, it was added successfully. But I have not tested to see if they work, as in, paying with them. You can also check my FAQ at the near end of my guide, your answer should be there

You can also the Stock ROM for your phone, because 99% of ROMs do not have the necessary files needed to run Google Wallet.It didn't work on my HTC Amaze 4G running ARHD v3.0. I'm getting the insufficient keys. I searched it up in the Amaze forum and apparently it has to do with the NFC chip that's in our phone.
You can add any existing, foreign or US, or any imaginable cc, as many and as often as you want. They are all accepted by the GW program for at the time when you add them, they will not be passed to the issuing banks for verification. That's another possibility that I thought too, better stick to Gift Cards for now from my FAQ!
Hey, I'm in a similar situation as you, you will have to get a credit card to top up eventually, but for now you can use the Prepaid Google Card. To top up (add money to the card) follow my FAQ at the near end of my guide. When you get the card from the FAQ you can add it on its own or if you purchased $20 or more add it to the google prepaid card. Feel free to ask any more questions, don't hesitate!

Back in may, Google said they were working with carries and GW should be available in canada in around 6 months. I think they're on schedule, since it seems like they overhauled and (almost) mastered GW for the states in the recent update... Haha yeah, I understand, I paid ~$22 for a $15 MasterCard, but because I could not top up, I just r registered the card with a USA address and added I as a standalone card with the new update

then, i read this thread and installed titanium backup in an attempt to defrost it, and discovered that the app doesn't show up in titanium can you help me with this?
did you check in the right section of titanium? did you allow root permissions to titanium?I have an LG L5 running ICS 4.0.3, I pushed the apks to /system/app and /data/app, set the permissions and rebooted, and the icon didn't show in the drawer
