To fix signal on Android 10 you must be on a GSI with December security patch, and follow this guide:

Fix Signal on GSI

To install Magisk on Android 10 GSI, you have to download this file: Magisk PHH 10

Then follow this guide to root the S9 Root S9 Snapdragon

For automatize the signal fix, you have to add this line at the end of the file: system/bin/phh-on-boot.sh

I recomend to use solid explorer
Thank you for your guidance.
Follow the guide to flash phh v208 gsi and magisk pph10
Edit sf2 with Solid Explorer and add the code: system / bin / phh-on-boot.sh
Get root through Magisk, use re manager to copy sf2 to system / bin /, change permissions to 0755, run termux and enter su sf 2
Is it right to do this?

Bro, don't do this: use re manager to copy sf2 to system / bin /, change permissions to 0755, run termux and enter su sf 2.
Just get root with Magisk. Use solid explorer to add the code in add the code: system / bin / phh-on-boot.sh
Reboot and the Signal it's fixed. (you have to force the siganl in LTE / 4G. Don't work in 3G.

So far loving the rom!
Still on havoc 3.0, seems more smooth and battery friendly than stock pie.
Signal fix worked great, as well as sound and brightness fixes.

Minor bugs are Bluetooth calling, unusable because of noises for the other person, and strangely Google maps resizes to a big overlay and messes with all the UI, needing a reboot.

Other minor thing is a swipe up to active screen when off, wich I could disable in any setting.

But thanks very much for all the work and fixes!

Edit: another bug is screen on during calls. Actually the screen goes off when proximity detected, but seems to still maintain touch function since my ear activated a lot of things in differently occasions

Can you feel vibration when you press at bottom middle part on screen when device is locked?
I am facing this on HAVOC 2.9.

Yes! That's what I meant about screen on when swiping up. Touching the bottom is accompanied by a short vibration and screen turning on.

@FedericoPeranzi

So, tried Havoc 3.1, EvolutionX 4.0 from ExpressLuke as well as Lineage 17.1 (jan 11th).

All of them booted the first time but after 1 or two reboots stayed bootloping immediately after homescreen/lockscreen appears. Seemed problem with keyguard... Also fingerprint register force closed.
Complimentary, EvolutionX had brightness issue (low brightness, possibly fixable by editing sys/class)

Back to Havoc 3.0 :D
