I keep getting second backup failure and I don't know what to do. I'm on stock rom rooted bootloader unlocked.

Noob driver issue
I have downloaded and run the software however it is telling me to connect the device and install drivers. I have already installed the phone drivers during the the phone rooting, do I need any other drivers?
I can see my phone in the device manager as android device ---> HTC android interface

Issue persists
Yes, the USB Debugging, usb debugging notify and adb over network are selected.
I also have the latest HTC Drivers installed (according to windows 7), as it does not let me update the drivers from my stand-alone driver folder (32 bit)

It you HTC sync also installed uninstall it

Issue persists
I didn't have HTC Sync but MyPhoneExplorer, uninstalled it however the issue still persists.
Issue
Re installed the drivers and rebooted, also installed the drivers on a different computer, still no recognition.really strange
i am out of ideas
reboot the pc
did you reflash the rom without wipe?
if not do it and see how it goes
make a nandroid backup first just in case

Yes, it fails to install the driver stated, and doesn't recognize the phone at all if the error is ignored.
