Hello,

Everytime I try this method I am getting the below error

Reactivating this thread after a while, I'm also getting the dread "Download Fail:System.Exception: Failed to Switch to Emergency Download mode" error...

Any suggestion? All drivers have been installed properly. I tested this in three different computers with Win7, Win8.1 and Win10. I also tried repeating the process with no success...

Edit: Adding some tech data:
- Stock KitKat 4.4.2
- Version number: K920_ROW_S130_140923
- Phone rooted with KingRoot

I really like that phone, the screen is gorgeous and the build quality is excellent... However, if you don't manage to unlock the bootloader (like me) then you're stuck at 5.0.1, and considering that Android 7 is already out there :(

I have a problem after apply this unlock bootloader on my K920?* CN kitkat.

Now I don't any partition. Specially "Preload" . It's strange all is ok with QFIL but the status bar is very quick to update the partition (roughly 10 seconds...). How can I rebuild all partion on my K920? Thanks!!!!

Vibe Z2 Pro doesn't run!

I did every steps successfully but after done, device didn't run and just lenovo logo appeared on screen without any action.:crying::crying::crying:
pls help!

If it still doesn't work, google for QPST firmware for K920 CN (your device), I think you can find it over at 4pda or bbs.lenovo.com
