I have taken the risk and used the 2-nd method in this thread to flash over my old LP unoficially unlocked bootloader without any new MIUI ROM flash in between...it was directly over ResurectionRemix MM and now I have new bootloader and Nitrogen OS Oreo 8.1 working perfectly

im in same case of you... wchich step by step do you follow? Can help me? I want to install news customs roms.... Nougat, Oreo, Pie, etc.... Now, im using Unofficial Unlocked Bootloader with MIUI 8.5.6.0 and would like to install news customs roms.

Can I use this method to install another custom ROM (which didnt on the list on this thread)??
