system partition shows 0MB

I think my Lenovo TB-8703F is truly screwed. I don't know how I destroyed my system partition but I did. At one point I had TWRP 3.2.1 loaded and thats all the tablet would boot into. I couldn't flash any new ROMs or repair partitions as I would get the error message that the system partition failed to mount (invalid argument). When I checked details of system partition, everything was 0MB. I thought if I used QFIL to restore stock firmware it might rebuild the partition. Well according to the the QFil utility it completed successfully but it only took seconds. Now I lost TWRP and the tablet hangs at the Lenovo screen. If I boot into stock recovery and try to mount system, I get the same error message that it fails with invalid argument. Is there a way to fix the system partition?

(mount system option is usually seen in "custom recovery " and not in stock recovery)
3.2.1 twrp is old version
Take the last twrp here : https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/development/links-t3764658
How to flash ? Here : https://forum.xda-developers.com/general/general/twrp-lenovo-p8-tb-8703f-tb-8703x-t3689442
*Important: Read carefully step 10 & "RM Forceencrypt" (bootloader doesn't unlock in 8703F)
__For "system partition failed to mount -invalid argument" search in Google for solutions
__For flashing stock rom you have on your pc the correct drivers? Read carefully in OP for "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008" etc...
sry for english

Thank you for replying
The newer version of TWRP you suggested allowed me to repair and reformat my system partition -woohoo! Thanks so much!

Hi, I have a problem with the tablet and I hope someone knows some solution or idea to repair it.
After using a custom rom (CRdroid) for a while I tried to go back to the stock rom, the whole process was successful, but after restarting the MAC address it appears to me as not available ", so I went back to the custom rom and now no I can turn on the wifi or the bluetooth, by sliding the switch it returns to its place. Any idea what can I do?

did you try to restore the device?
Reboot on recovery > wipe cache > wipe data / factory reset (maybe the problem is solved)
[Sometimes, maybe a third party can cause this problem- for example the battery? OR wifi antenna issue ? ]
