A couple of days ago I flashed the full OTA for 13.1 DA and patched it with Magisk 26.1 installed to the inactive slot. Went through without any issue, and it's been working fine since.
Firmware is region specific... Magisk v26.1 is for A12 or A13 period. Do your researchReally? Then why do we have different versions for them? Must be different builds. I have the indian variant, which is DA.
It even works on A10 btw but yes - of course you're rightFirmware is region specific... Magisk v26.1 is for A12 or A13 period. Do your research

If it is for the Oneplus 9 Indian version, can you link me the magisk flashed boot file?
I did the same yesterday by extracting the boot, magisk'ing it and flashing it to my phone. My phone didnt boot. Had to use MSM download tool to get it booted all new.
That works. Thankyou so much.
Didn't split anything. Just installed the full OTA and patched with Magisk to inactive slot before rebooting. If you need the patched boot partition, I will extract with the dd command. That works. Thankyou so much.
You magisk flashed the boot file after splitting it from the Full OTA ?
share the India (DA) boot and magisk boot (26.1) so I can update our thread consequently
The OP9 & OP9 pro use the same software im pretty sure.Didn't split anything. Just installed the full OTA and patched with Magisk to inactive slot before rebooting. If you need the patched boot partition, I will extract with the dd command.
Notice, though, that you said OP9, and this is the OP9 Pro.
The OP9 & OP9 pro use the same software im pretty sure.
Plus if magisk fails, wont the second reboot revert the boot changes? As im not flashing, but using the boot command and then flashing via magisk when the phone turns on.
I don't have the untouched boot. Magisked boot posted above.share the India (DA) boot and magisk boot (26.1) so I can update our thread consequently
I see that I still have the full OTA zip. Is there a way to extract the boot from it on Android or Linux? Can't use payload dumper because I don't have a Windows computer.

I'm on the LE2127 OS13 with stock TMO firmware. The way I rooted was to use TWRP for A12 to temp boot into, then sideload the universal TWRP from here....Is OP rooting guide still relevant for LE2127? It's been over two years and I want to make sure things haven't changed. I'm on unlocked LE2127 with OOS13 F27.

Try Status Bar Mini Pro from KF Software on Google Play -- does everything you want -- even without rootI did get LPosed installed on the 13.1 OP9P. I do not see a Gravity Box for Android 13.
If anyone is using LPosed is there an module for 13.1 that I can use to change the date in the status bar to "Wed 30"
I want the Day/Date
Thx
I saw it, but I don't have the boot.img option
I should have missed something

Like you, I do not see "boot.img" but "boot.a" and "boot.b". I would have liked to learn how to do it by myself but I don't know which file to choose between "boot.a" and "boot.b".
Moreover, it was the F8 key that worked for me and not Fn+F8.
This tutorial is misleading.Good morning; I've had the exact same problem with Google play services for a while but with no solution. Please share with me the solution you find here. Thank you.

You can download the EU stock boot.img that's in this thread (2nd post), download the latest magisk canary manager and patch that boot.img. Then you can temporarily gain root by rebooting to bootloader and booting that image ex. "fastboot boot boot.img"( your boot.img name will vary after patching). After the phone boots you can just go into magisk manager and do a "direct install" and that will patch your global boot.img to gain permanent root.
Can anyone provide download links? I got qualcomm crashdump splash and cant continue. Will try to flash original boot.img
