Uninstall magisk (recover image boot), deselect all module, install A13 and install magisk in inactive slot

No need to deselect modules.

Download and install latest update
Magisk install into inactive slot
Reboot

How to install oos 13 with root?

I use the updater APP so I dont have to uninstall anything, install do not reboot and install to inactive slot. Do NOT use the system update becouase if you do that the system wll boot without asking.

I don't think so
If you use the O+ internal updater, installing OOS13 will reboot the device itself at the end of the process, so you'll have to temp boot to a prepatched magisk boot.img to re root your device.

What I did is what I call the good old way :

Download the full.zip for your LE device using Oxygen Updater : it will donwload the whole package at the root of the storage.
Before doing anything, and depending on what magsik module you are using : disable every Magisk Module then reboot your device
Once done install a dedicated APK that will be called My application2 once installeed ( https://oxygenos.oneplus.net/OnePlus_tools.apk => this file have a .apk.zip extension : you have to rename the package, deleting the .zip extension to let it end with .apk)
Launch My Application 2 using local upgrade, it will directly shows you the full zip package
At the end of the process DO NOT REBOOT
Go to Magisk Manager => Flash Magisk to the inactive slot and reboot

Et voila, enable every magisk modules, reboot, you're done

Playstore still certified

Safetynet bypass => all Green and good to go

But effectively now, the device boot with a Firmware message mentionning :
Orange State
Your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted

Not an issue once in the ROM from what I've tested

I didn't have network connectivity after update to a13, but taking sim out and putting it back in seemed to fix it...

Yeah, but for some reasons, some have trouble with that choice, Magisk send a message were orig boot.img cannot be found or stuff like this.
I use the method you described when an update is available in the incremental way only and working fine tho, but many had complains about Magisk hhaving issue to recover the original image

I have a 2127 converted to 2125 and everything is working on my end. Do you have a Magisk module that isn't compatible with OS 13 installed?

I just turned off all my modules and it still wont work. How can I roll back? Only the back button works. Also every time I reset my phone the black display defaults back to white.

It was working fine for a few hours then I enabled "hide gesture bar" and this started happening.

Maybe theres a setting I checked? I can't find anything though. Only the home and recent app buttons dont work. The back button still works.

It works when I do the "gesture tutorial" though.

I am trying to reflash the update but Oxygen Updater wont let me download it again.

Do y'all think it could be because I went from c48 right to this? I have been waiting to update for months but there have been no full.zips for le2125 until now.

I just turned off all my modules and it still wont work.

:/ Damn, not sure what it could be than.. I went from OS 12 to 13 without wiping anything and everything is working fine. Sorry, not sure what else to do.
