I can only get it to work with Spotify. If I try it with PocketCasts or audible "processing" stays at "no" even though audio format says "supported". I was hoping this would just process any kind of audio.
Also, switching back to Spotify after playing podcasts won't turn processing back on. So far only stopping and killing all audio apps and then restarting spotify brings back processing.

Thanks, it is easier to get viper to be triggered by spotify with this module, but it still won't properly work with PocketCasts.

Can I use this method to install V4a in custom ROM? Currently I'm using Carbon ROM Android 8.1.

Works flawlessly on AICP ROM latest version. I removed AudioFX in system app removal, just in case.

Excellent!

It works perfectly for me (like other version on older Android).

After 40 attempts to install this i was frustrated because always was something wrong.

Many installations and uninstallations of BusyBox, Audio Modification Library, different SU binaries, Magisk, apk versions etc. It always fails. But... THIS IS WORKING AS WELL AS HELL!

In the current version of v4a this method is not required, just download from magiak module section

i managed to flash it and seems to be working fine, but has some small bugs, sometimes only every second track works in samsung music player, the skipped track will not play...
have to enable viper, restart and reinstall samsung music to get it working...
