[GUIDE] Mega Unbrick Guide for A Hard Bricked OnePlus 7 Pro

Similar to the previous threads for OnePlus 5, OnePlus 5T or OnePlus 6, here are the necessary packages to unbrick/revive a hard bricked OnePlus 7 Pro.

The following hardware revisions are supported:

• GM1910: China
• GM1911: India
• GM1913: Europe
• GM1917: Global/US Unlocked

• In every case, it is possible to upgrade to latest OxygenOS by using full signed zip from this thread via Local Upgrade.
  
• With the device powered off, hold Volume Up & Volume Down buttons to force it to boot to Qualcomm download mode.
  
• Use the most updated signed driver (2.1.2.2 at this moment) to avoid potential issues..
  
• For detailed procedures, please consult the linked threads above. There is no reason to repeat the same thing again.
  
• Make sure the path of the extracted files doesn't contain any non-English character. The tool isn't unicode aware.

Hi,after finished download hydrogen version, i cant see file inside ? And whenever i tried to extract ,got error message file corrupted and only msm toolv4.exe no package image .
Can anyone help?

Have you tried restoring it with the MSM Tool? You could also try flashing TWRP and then flashing the TWRP firmware you want in TWRP.

I searched for my model phone and all seem to find is not available for GM1915. I'll research TWRP.

When i start MsmdownloadtoolV4.0.exe it says :

I just stopped trying using the hydrogen msm method and used msm for my model.
The problem was I bricked my phone day 1 and msm was not available . The msm hydrogen was the first leak.

Hard Brick = phone is dead no luck in recovering.

Soft Brick = Can be recovered.

Hard brick = phone can only be recovered by outside software/tools. (MSM Download Tool, JTAG etc)

Soft brick = phone can recover by its own software/tools. (fastboot, recovery mode etc)
