Please update the OP with the TWRP meant for our device. I mistakenly used what was posted and it caused me a few hours of grief after flashing HLTE roms that disbaled Verizon cell service. What was confusing was that the APNs show up, but none work and you can't manually add the correct APN settings either. So, after all the trial and error I flashed the Verzion TWRP through ODIN, flashed CM13 (Temasek's Verizon build) and got my cell service back. The TWRP in the OP can NOT be used on our device if you want your phone to have service. Obviosuly you guys know the TWRP posted here can't be used to flash Temasek's ROM posted here either or you will get the error "your device showing as HLTE".

Don't mean to come down on anyone, I do appreciate the efforts but details like that can really cause issues for many users who don't even post here. Really surprised no one has even bothered to bring this up.

Use this TWRP and flash in ODIN: https://dl.twrp.me/hltevzw/twrp-2.8.7.0-hltevzw-4.4.img.tar.html We can at least use the ROMs posted here for unlocked bootloaders and I am happy for that!

Unlock worked like a charm. Running CM 13 and its a night and day difference between this and stick lollipop. Also Team win has come a long way with their recovery over the last couple years.

I was able to root, but one cannot use the USB 3.0 mode. When I used the USB 3.0 cable and mode, I just got a bunch of dots. I pulled the battery, unplugged the phone from the PC, put the battery back in and powered up. I then used a USB 2.0 cable I had and the root worked! It took about two minutes.

HELP!

Hi, somebody help me, please! I started by trying to root my n3, but all I got on the arabictool was the "flashing" message and a lot of dots, then I tried restarting my phone to try again, with another port or something... Now it keeps booting straight to recovery, I cant lose my data, please, anybody know to fix this?

Well what's weird is I'm using the latest twrp version, and I can receive send/calls, 4g works and have Verizon so I think that's half true... but one thing I have noticed was I could not install temasek's 12.3 like I did before using your twrp link vzw 2.8.7.0.... but I'm able to flash and use the RR remixed ROM (modified for Verizon) and it all works great. So idk...

Hello all, I may have some insight into this.
From what I understand , there are two different TWRP versions that can be flashed on our vzw note 3 (not dev edition) after the bootloader has been fully unlocked.
Both TWRP htlevzw and TWRP htle version will flash just fine on our phone after the bootloader has been unlocked.

At first, I installed the lastest TWRP htle and I was unable to flash [ROM][CM13][6.0.1_r72][VZW][OTA-Updates] Temasek's UNOFFICIAL Build V12.2

I did some more research and found out that [ROM][CM13][6.0.1_r72][VZW][OTA-Updates] Temasek's UNOFFICIAL Build V12.2 could only be flashed on TWRP htlevzw
So to flash back to TWRP htlevzw, I had to boot into TWRP htle and select images and flash the TWRP htlevzw image I placed on my SD card.

Once I did that everything was good again. Fantastic Rom.

Now I have further questions that maybe someone could answer..
Can I flash back over to TWRP hlte and install any rom posted in the General GALAXY NOTE 3 ANDROID DEVELOPMENT section ?
In particular I would love to try out the Note 7 port [Rom][N7 Port][12.12.2016] [Multi-DPI] Phronesis Rom N7 v4.1 Feature Rich & Smooth but not sure if I will get Verizon cell signal/data with that Rom.

Thank you in advance for any answers!

Bootloader unlocked IS a developer edition

hltevzw is the ONLY twrp that works on the Verizon Note 3 SM-N900V

You can flash any ROM that is at or above the fused version of the phone, you can NOT backrev to an earlier version.

I am on:
Device Model : SM-N900V rooted and bootloader unlocked
Recovery: TWRP 3.0.2-0 htlevzw
(a different recovery from which OP has listed in first post. His link points to twrp-3.0.2-1-htlte (not vzw))
Rom: 13.0-20161220-UNOFFICIAL-teamasek-hltevzw V12.3

My question:
Once I flash twrp-3.0.2-1-htlte what roms can I install that will still allow me to have verizon service?

Can I Flash this Rom in particular over from the Note 3 General Section and everything be OK?
https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-note-3/development/rom-phronesis-mm-rom-v1-0-feature-rich-t3463244

I see that you are using SM-N900V as well, which rom do you prefer?

Thanks for all your help

That particular ROM is for the international version of the Note 3, in all likelyhood will NOT work in the Verizon version of the Note 3 and MAY brick your phone.

In ANY event, on the VERIZON Note 3, the model you have.. You MUST use the vzw version of TWRP. I am using 3.0.2-0 hltevzw and it works fine. Do not flash any TWRP that doesn't end in hltevzw.

I am using Jasmine 6.1

Everything makes total sense.

Here is my problem. I have a note 3 sm-n900v. After I in stall and run the Arabictool app. I make user the samsung drivers are installed, I then connect the phone with no errors or issue. In ArabicTool, click on the "Version" field and select your firmware version (OB6/OF1), I then click on Read Phone Info and then I get this message" Allow USB Debugging? In Mobile screen" . I go to the Developer options and make sure the the USB debugging IS CHECK OK, Or has a green check mark in it. I've even Revoked the USB debugging authorizations and stated all over and the same message keep coming up Allow USB Debugging? in mobile screen.

Any suggestion I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Ty in advance
