It means that the recovery tool is the password protected official tool that OnePlus support use remotely to fix soft bricked devices.OnePlus does not want these files to be shared for public, drop me a PM. i will remove them as soon as i read it!
OK,Sorry!
But what means this?
I tried again and bam process went through, i got this green message in Chinese and phone automatically boots into recovery mode.Hi,
I just tried the method explained by OP and i got stuck in the process (userdata_64G)
i did disable drivers signature enforcement, and drivers are good to go see the image below.
Any help would be great, my oneplus2 is i think soft brick, on every boot it boots right into stock recovery.

Dear OnePlus lovers,
You are doing this on your own responsibility. I do not take any credit for bricked devices because of this method!
Today is the day that the official OnePlus 2 Qualcomm restore zip has been "unpacked"! So i proudly present the 100% original OxygenOS recovery files.
These files can be used for recovering a soft bricked OnePlus 2 device. Even if the partitions are messed up. This should get a lot of work off the shoulders of OnePlus. And you don't have to wait for the support team to fix your OnePlus. It can also help fixing Home Button issues.
Download all necessary files here:
Full wipe including internal SD: Google Drive, AndroidFileHost, MediaFire
Full wipe excluding internal SD: **Not Yet**
Step by step instructions(THIS WILL WIPE YOUR ONEPLUS INCLUDING INTERNAL SD):
1. Open the "OnePlus 2 Qualcomm Recovery Package.rar" and extract it to desktop.(You will need WinRAR to extract this!)
2. You will find 2 folders. "OP2_O2_MP8" and "qc"
3. First, we are going to install the Qualcomm drivers. Open the folder "qc" and run the setup wizard
4. When completed. Restart your PC.
5. Turn off your phone and disconnect the USB cable from the phone.
6. Hold vol-up and plug in the USB(NO power button needed!). The screen will stay black but you will hear a sound from windows that a device is attached.
7. The driver should now automatically install. If not, go to device manager and right click "Unknown Device" and click "Update Driver" Search up the QC folder and press ok. The driver should now install. (Got the RELINK issue? Take a look here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=64674951&postcount=46)
8. Now you are ready for the restore progress. Open the OP2_O2_MP8 folder and open "MSM8994DownloadTool.exe"
9. Look if your phone is detected in the list. everything is chinese but you will see one different rule in the list. If not, check connection with PC.
10. First click the right square chinese button. This will verify if all downloaded files are succesfully downloaded and that the MD5 is correct.
11. When everything is ok. Press the start button. and let the progress finish.
12. When it's done. Disconnect the USB cable and turn on the device.
Congratulations! You now succesfully recovered your OnePlus!

Fun is what i have after noticing that it shows me QUSB_BULK instead of QHSB_BULK. Why do I keep getting problems? :crying:Hello, so a fellow forum member @timejtw had helped me with this problem. Here's how to fix if you are seeing RELINK instead of Qualcom
1. Uninstall any previous qualcom/relink drivers through device manager (gonna redo the whole process)
2. ENABLE test mode (Open program as administrator) by this > http://www.ngohq.com/?page=dseo
3. Restart PC
4. Disable auto install drivers in windows. For windows 7, go to device and printer > right click your computer > Device installation setting > select No and Never install driver
4. Hold volume up button and connect to laptop again, it will see OP2 as QHSB_BULK in device manager
5. Right click QHSB_BULK and install driver in qc folder.
6. Now it should show Qualcom for your OP2.
7. Your OP2 should now appear in MSM8994DownloadTool
Afterwards you can renable the auto install drivers

I have also the same issue that after flashing I only see the Oneplus logo and after that the phone stays black. I have no problems with the MSM-tool. Works fine (ends up 'green')I had the same issue once, long ago and well, turned out it was because I didn't have a working recovery flashed (was corrupted and unable to flash). I ended up
1. Re-flashing this Package again and then entered the fastboot mode.
2. Flashed TWRP recovery and booting into it once and rebooting normally.
3. Once the OS loaded, rebooted back to fastboot to flash the stock recovery.
Do have a try and let us know.
Appreciate you walk-through here. I soft-bricked my OP2 in Early January so I bought my wife a new OP3T, and I took over her OPO. This one is back going exactly as you said it would and even though its now a bit dated, its like having a brand new phone again!Dear OnePlus lovers,
