Really? You had to quote the entire post?
It looks like you don't have a connection between your phone and your computer. Make sure the phone isn't in charging mode and is actually in MPT mode. Also try another USB port.

I've added the following to OP:
IMPORTANT: Perform a 'Factory data reset' in Android before flashing any Firmware Image

This may be the reason people are getting stuck. For now I can only suggest you flash a custom Stock ROM from here:

Android 6.0 ROMs will be hopefully added in the near future.

Sir, I have a bootloop, I made each step one by one, all ok but when I restart the phone only says Erasing... in a bootloop. I installed the Marshmallow version for Moto G Turbo Edition latin america.

Help me please! :(

EDIT: I fix it by flashing again all sparsechunk files. Moto G Turbo Edition has 6 files instead of 5. :)

Yes. But always perform a 'Factory data reset' in Android before flashing any Firmware Image.

A 'Factory data reset' inside Android. You may only need to flash the sparsechunk files, and erase userdata.

There is some degree of risk, but a small one. 'Enable OEM Unlock' in Developer Settings, if you fear worst case scenario, then you have the choice: unlock Bootloader or return phone to retailer.

inside android meaning from settings right?

and if i have enabled oem unlock and type fastboot unlock oem, it will unlock my phone? no need to request unlock key from motorola?

Yes, in Android settings. You cannot unlock Bootloader without requesting the unlock key. I'm not saying to request anything, only enable that setting.
