A bit confused. If I'm getting lte but not volte will unlocking help?
no,

VoLTE is a whole different matter,

there are a lot of NV values related to VoLTE in our QCN, and each carrier will need different config,

normally the config can be pushed through network, when you connect to your carrier network. but for some carrier, it simply doesnt work,

not to mention, on some ROM, even the IMS_enable (VoLTE will need the phone to be able to connect to IMS, thats the main prerequisite) value is still "0", thus it wont even try to connect to IMS

what carrier are you on? T-Mo ? Jio ?

Could this post help?
It talks about how IMEI appears in the qcn file of Samsung devices. Similar?
We fully aware about the IMEI locstion in the QCN, our current problem is that the IMEI encrypted by Oneplus, thus we can't simply edit the QCN to change it

but, read my words bellow, there's good news about this, (well at least partially)

I tried :(

So the only problem remaining to unlock bands is the IMEI removal?
I've tried @baskaflyfer QCN for Band 5 & 8, and you know what, it works !

so now I GOT BAND 5 UNLOCKED, AND MY IMEI INTACT

dear Baska & @allluke, you might want to take a look again into the Band 3 QCN file, because the band 5 verzion work fine, and i got decent signal/reception on both sim without issue,

it connect to band 5 as well

and the most important thing is, IMEI issue is solved :)
@allluke when u throw in the band 3 QCN and unlock it using DFS, on what network mode did u set your phone ?

Guys thanks so much for all the hard work you are putting into this. It feels as though you are so close, and I am sure a lot of people are anxiously refreshing this thread as I am. Know your work is truly appreciated :good:

And what about IMEI!? Something like this. Screenshots attached:D

Later i explain it, now i try unlock band 3 for US version, but i need a QCN A3000us, because it's difficult to test it on A3000cn. In PM, please.:)
Hahahah, wow, you even experimenting it on 7.0
@baskaflyfer if you indeed managed to find a way of replacing IMEI,

i think i can just re-provide the CN QCN for US users aand they can replace the IMEI later on,

or maybe i can pre-edit the QCN as well

what do you think ?
