you need to comparing the xml file between models, and take the value that is not available in one or another to later merge it to one qcn that has all values (this is the aim, its hard though )

A3003 normally used as reference, since it has most bands,

VoLTE should work with JIO on 2300 (band 40) , but unfortunately you wont get band 5.

normally the issue rellies on APN set up and the rom itself,

during my test, i found that OOS has a somewhat weird baseband and nv where almost all VoLTE related value are either blank or unset-up

xiaomi do much better in this term

1. Hopefully we can at some point. OP & several others are figuring out the way to LTE freedom

2. It it were that easy, we wouldn't have this problem to begin with. It's not OS dependent.

I bought mine from the US (A3000) and I need band 3 to work in my country (Indonesia) as well.

I am wondering whether it's related to hardware specs or just could be made available toggling values in the next OTA update.

as i previously stated. VoLTE is not related to LTE band,

it's baseband and ROM related.

even if you got all bands working, it wont assure that you will have VoLTE work

Any updates on unlocking band 13? I mentioned in a previous comment that I completed the operations successfully with the exception of the DFS operation "Sync LTE/LTE DIV" not giving any output. Band 13 was shown to be unlocked in Network Signal Guru

Nevermind. I was able to get 4G via verizon on band 2 well enough. Band 13 is still unlocked and enabled though, so maybe it is providing support. Thanks for this tutorial, you have done a great thing!

I had the same outcome using OP3 US and band 3.

Ok so I discovered a problem... I was able to get LTE and use data just fine, but I unknowingly lost the ability to make and receive calls and send and receive texts. I think the phone is locking itself to just LTE and not using anything else to do those other functions. Is there a way to force a band for LTE/data and then use auto for everything else?

At present I think we are waiting for @baskaflyfer to figure out a few things. However before the .Qcn files got taken down due to the imie changing when using them I had that problem. To fix it I ran network guru and just cleared all or something similar.

This was with the full QCN file, but they figure out that the imei is encrypted so this method change you the imei, there is still no solution for this problem.

It's not the the Imei is encrypted (because it's not) it's that there is something else in the qcn which changes the output of the Imei number and we are not sure where or what it is
