Thanks to @tom1807 for his origin 1+3T EU QCN ...
Thanks for your work. Tested and working properly. I obtained LTE CA 3+7 in my area with an A3010 and OO 4.1.3.

UPDATE: After receiving or making a call, network signal is always lost and SIM is reseted.

UPDATE 2: This SIM power cycle doesn't happen if I uncheck B20 in NSG band locking.

UPDATE 3: No need to uncheck B20 if using 1+3 EU qnc files instead of 1+3T EU qnc files.

Thanks to @tom1807 for his origin 1+3T EU QCN :good:
I take out personal information (imei, mac address, bluetooth address, esn etc) from it.
You can download it from following attach files.
For now, we only lack 1+3T US QCN.

After two weeks of testing, I think the new patch is stable for using and it's time to release the new rmt_storage patch!
The new patch can be apply on version higher than OxygenOS 4.1.0, but you use it at your own risk.
Please backup your modem, efs, and qcn before using it.
Thanks for the files. I have flashed it on my china 3T a3010 on OOS4.1.3 however based on my observation for a day, my phone no longer detects band 3 hence I can't do CA on 3+7. Previously I can detect both bands, just CA never kicked in for A3010.

Any tips on where I could have done wrong?

I flashed patched rmt, flash the eu qcn, flashed fbrx file, setup NSG like in video.
I'm on Maxis Malaysia (using both 3 and 7 bands)

Update: Phone now detects band both 3 and 7 after i changed to 237 in qxdm. I previously thought im supposed to use EU's one. Phone now does show 4G+ but CA havent kicked in. Maybe due to my area. Ill monitor further on this and report the result.

How is your maxis speed? You need to run speedtest to see carrier aggregate in NSG.

Thanks for your testing, so maybe EUNOIMEINEW.qcn is more stable then OP3T_EU.qcn.
We need take some time to find out what's different cause it unstable.
At this point, the combination of EUNOIMEINEW.qcn + fbrx_eu.qcn is better than OP3T_EU.qcn + fbrx_OP3TEU.qcn.

It's normal.
Android shows 4G+ as capabilities of network, but NSG display CA when it's actually used.
So it's the different.
To verify it, you can execute speedtest, and then you can see LTE CA in NSG.

it show 4G+ on statusbar briefly for few seconds then disappears permanently unless if I toggle airplane mode or clear logic then select bands again

Thanks again for the patch and files

Update:
Was able to get CA when I roamed around. Possibly previous location doesn't have good signal for it. Speed test is still not significantly improved, gonna continue monitoring. Looking good I would say for now.

Okay I manage to unlock band 3 and every cn bands on my us OP3 OOS 4.1.3 , with my imei's and I used the new 4.1 patch for rmt storage, I got full LTE working.

This is exactly what is did:
1. I was with US OP3 4.0.3, I followed the guide , flash the rmt storage patch for 4.0.x
2. then I flash OP full CN QCN file he shared a long time ago (and he deleted it for safety), I did it because only in this way I got LTE on the phone, but the imei wasn't mine.
3. After that I created a backup for the efs in TWRP.
4. Then I update the system, through OTA,in the first appempt the update failed then the system boot up and asked me if I want to try again, in the second time it download the full system file, I update it and it works,
5. After the update my TWRP was deleted so I flash it again and root the device again.
6. I flashed the new 4.1.x rmt storage patch.
7. I backup again the efs, and I restore the efs I backup before I update the system,
8. Then it works I got LTE and my imei was mine.

The patch link - *I blocked the link because for now it's not stable*

OP please respond because without you this way wasn't work. If someone want he need full qcn file for this.

P.s I don't know if the new storage patch did something or not, maybe I just needed to restore the privious efs backup and that's it.
If someone can try it and tell us if this working or not.
Thanks a lot.
Hii , can you send me all the files so i can try it, i have op3 4.1.3 US and need b3
Thanks

1. Backup your EFS and modem in TWRP
2. Enable Qualcomm diagnostic mode
3. Enable airplane mode
4. Using QPST to backup your QCN file
5. Flash rmt storage patch for 4.1.x
6. Using QPST to flash EUNOIMEINEW.qcn and fbrx_eu.qcn
7. Using QXDM to modify NV item#1878 value to 232
(This values is dependent on your physical device. Because your device is OP3 US, you should modify it to 232)
226 - A3003eu (OnePlus 3 Asia/Europe)
231 - A3000cn (OnePlus 3 Chinese)
232 - A3000us (OnePlus 3 America)
237 - A3010cn (OnePlus 3T Chinese)
Ref:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=71575171&postcount=945
However, I found NV item#1878 in USMODELNOIMEINEW.qcn is 231.
So maybe you can also try 231.

8. Disable airplane mode
9. Run Network Signal Guru, choose "Clear Forcing" from the menu on upper right
10. Choose "Band Locking" => "LT" to check B3 is unlocked

it show 4G+ on statusbar briefly for few seconds then disappears permanently unless if I toggle airplane mode or clear logic then select bands again

It seems like you forgot to modify NV item#1878 (or wrong value)
If you enable LTE CA correctly, your screen should like left part in my attached file.

In addition, you can click lock icon on upper right to enable playback mode.
It is very useful for seeing network status

Thanks for the feedback on the previous. I believe it was due to low signal or I screenshot that too late at point of the CA was about to disconnect as there's no load left (speedtest completed in background)

Below screenshot shows that I'm able to do CA however I'm curious why is it only 1 of the band has high throughput where the other is very low. This is consistent. Is this an expected result?

This is a misunderstanding.
PDSC : Physical Downlink Shared Channel
PUSC: Physical Uplink Shared CHannel

In your screenshort, you got 58.68 mbps in PDSC and 0.98mbps in PUSCH.
In this case, PCell(Primary Cell, B7) contributes 21.41mbps and SCell(Secondary Cell, B3) contributes 37.26(21+16.26)mbps
Because you execute a download testing, you will get a very low throughput (0.98mbps) in PUSCH.
