If you want to play Pokemon Go on this or similar device, follow these steps.

1. Root your device, I recommend this guide
2. Download and install Pokemon Go mod for android 4.0.4+
3. Download and install GLTools.
4. Open GLTools and select Pokemon Go.
5. Check these options:
* Enable custom settings for this
* Anti-aliasing(MSAA/CSAA) Disable(forced)
* Use lower render resolution (use 0.5 or 0.25)
* Force 16bit rendering
* Optimaze GLSL shaders
* Downscale texture (use 0.5 or 0.25)
6. Play Pokemon Go :)

Iv been playing pokemon go with this method in CM13 but isnt exactly the best experience, places crowded with pokestops will severely reduce performance, is there any rom that can actually make the game playable without having to use gltools though?
(on my experience using 0.5x or 0.25x texture res is all its required to make it playable, all other settings have pretty much no impact in the performance other then looking way worse)

Use OmniROM. It's very smooth and i don't have problems with app performance.
