[GUIDE] QCN File for Redmi 4 Prime

@SAFI_AFRIDI last night i tried to switch to another lte band by dialing *#*#4636#*#* , I don't know what band I chose , now no 2g or 3g bands and just one sim card works at a time and the one works only on LTE band, so since my operator doesn't offer volte I can't make calls and even receive messages. I found the proper qcm file and flashed it with qpst software successfully but nothing happened. any one have an idea what to do?

Flash your device in EDL(Fastboot) mode. But first and most importantly, backup your device data. But keep in mind don't locked the Bootloader!

Go to the phone settings and tap internal storage for few times and then a settings appear and then select phone 1 information and then select the settings. You can see in the attached screenshot.

If your device is unlocked then you can do this by flashing global modem file. Its easy. But if your device is unlocked!

I flasher other modem but again same..after a little search I read that QCN file can change only with QPST from PC and isn't affected by flashing modem..[emoji29]

how to do this bro?I asked same question in many forums.I started to be boring for others.now I try to find a mod that creates a virtual sim on slot 2 and set 4g there,despite using slot 1.I need 4G + microSD.Will I have 4G back again with this procedure?Help me please dude.

Currently i am using Miui 8.10.11 so install that version and then i will send you the QCN and restore it on your device and it should work like charm

do I have to install this specific miui version?I have a flashable (from twrp) ported rom 8.11.8.can I install this rom?and also do I have to flash the miui rom from PC?does it matters?I have never used a PC,as I always work with TWRP...[emoji848]

I guess you will.I personally rarely use 4g because battery drains like hell.

sure dude?on xiaomi phones is different.they run veeery cool compared to other brands.I always used 3g but now I want to try 4g.Also for just antenna reception,not data.

I replaced the display and charging connector on my redmi 4 prime, and by connector I mean the whole piece below which also contains the connection for the antenna.

the phone goes in 4g, but I can't navigate. I don't think it's a hardware problem because the network is there but only if I have the wifi on.
