I have used your guide on EMUI 10.0 and been very satisfied. The phone worked flowlessly.
Now after update to EMUI 10.1 my P30 has been slow, and drains battery a lot, such on bleutooth.
Maybe some of Huawei services are missing, and I can just try to install those by adb command.
I know that I can reset the phone, but I have a lot apps, and will avoid new installations.
Nope, it's not because of that. New firmware with new kernel+more changes vs EMUI 10, that's why poor battery life and other stuffs. I would reccomend you a factory reset and if you have an OTG adapter+USB device and a C431 device, flash the dload firmware from my other thread to have all just like out of the box :)

Hi m8,

Glad that my thread helped you :highfive:

Force stop app/Clear Cache/Data from Settings/Apps or uninstall it and install this version .

Good luck ;)

One question - Can I delete or turn off by this method EMUI Launcher, when I have Nova Launcher already installed and set as a default one?

Might get you error, i've done it once whille on EMUI 10 and gave me force stop on Nova Launcher. BUT you can disable it, restart phone and see how it behaves. If it gives you errors, reinstall Huawei Launcher through ADB, should be just fine ;)

I have 3 huawei apps on my phone: HUAWEI Assistant TODAY, Huawei Home, Huawei Services Framework.
Do I need or can I uninstall those apps?

Assistant can be removed.
Huawei Home is the default launcher, it can be removed, but no more multiwindow/recent apps and sometime might give freeze your screen (better leave it and set another launcher as default)
Huawei Services Framework is actually the updated HMS core (Huawei Mobile Services) which can be removed, but it will require it (sometimes) to uodate apps from App Gallery or when you would like to change AOD picture/clock.

Cheers,
