[GUIDE] Remove Unlocked Icon After Unlocking Bootloader

As we all know that after unlocking bootloader the unlocked logo stars appearing during booting our device

So here is a fix for that

This file can be flashed only by recovery ( Twrp, pbrp etc )

Not by magisk
