Thanks so much for this, still very valid in 2020!

Small addition/change i would recommend.
./parted /dev/block/mmcblk0 mkpart primary 3056MB 30.8GB
to
./parted /dev/block/mmcblk0 mkpart primary 3056MB 100%

I have the 16GB version so of course i can't make my partition that large. This way the guide will be valid for both 16GB and 32GB.
