I successfully flashed it but now it's stuck repeating thr 'rethink the impossible' sequence at the bootup :/. I wish I studied compsci instead of statistics at times like this... Any advice?

Boot into the stock recovery and try doing a full wipe.

Enter 3e recovery (assuming you flashed stock). Then perform a wipe data/factory reset.

I see that supersu and mobile odin are on the return to stock ROM in this thread. I assume people have returned their devices with those apps on their i777 without angst?

BTW, thanks for this post. I'd be hosed without a way to flash back to stock without using a USB cable!

I hate to bring this thread up from the dead but I flashed from JB back down to ICS. I ran TriangleAway and the counter is at zero. I followed directions to a tee but when I go to flash firmware it just boots into CWM and doesn't do anything. Thoughts?

I have a broken power button and need to return to store. Also, the USB port is semi-broken so forget a PC connection.

You must have root access to use Mobile Odin. If the phone is already rooted, then perhaps you should post your question in Chainfire's Mobile Odin thread.

Just something I noticed. The mobile ODIN does not work on 4.4 Android. Need to downgrade to a lower version before you can use the it.

out of curiosity and future reference, this method is compatible with the I777UCMD8 Stock Binaries from creepyandcrawly's repo, correct?
