KingRoot 4.5.2: SCL-L01C432B130, SCL-L01C150B140

KingRoot 4.6.5: SCL-L02

KingRoot 4.6.5: SCL-L03C25B130

KingRoot 4.8.0: SCL-U31C185B140 (Bootloader Unlocked)

6. Copy the .apk file downloaded to the external memory of your phone.
7. If you do not have a file browser download it from Google Play.

2. Restart your Huawei Y6 to avoid open applications.
3. With the file browser checks for and installs KingRoot APK.
4. Open the installed application and wait a few seconds then press ROOT.

There is an application pay SuperSU-ME and its function is to replace kingroot by SuperUS. Only you would have to prove it.

Which ROOT options do i have for this device? SCL-L01 (other versions : see UPDATE)
For some unknown reason this solution does not seem to work everytime on this types.
But better give it a try

You do not need to unlock your phone.
Just install :
http://www.appsandroidapk.com/tools/kingroot/
http://androidmtk.com/download-kingroot-application

UPDATE : known versions of Kingroot working : succeeded feedback by other members but not always succesfull.

SCL-L01 4.5.2 Build : SCL-L01C432B130, SCL-L01C150B140
SCL-L02 4.6.5
SCL-L03 4.6.5 Build : SCL-L03C25B130
SCL-U31 4.8.0 Build : SCL-U31C185B140 (but with unlocked bootloader)
(another user : with unlocked bootloader, sim card out, wifi ON, Kingroot 4.8.0 = success)

I suggest you try all versions when above list is not working for you. You'll never know ...
Feel free to post your rooted phone's BUILD number please to help others.

if possible, not if you have the version SLC 03 You can have root access without unlocking the bootloader.

I have just bought a Huawei Y6 and the dev section reads as follow:
MODEL NUMBER: HUAWEI SCL-L01
BUILD NUMBER: SCL-L01C432B170

But I cannot root it at all. I have not installed anything into it, my phone is clean!
I have tried to use KingRoot, both on the mobile and the PC version; also tried RootGenius 2.2.6

I have used them with the SIM AND without the SIM... With the SD and without the SD... With both of them and without...

But still no root.

I don't know what and if I did something wrong.

Someone have an idea? Please?
