nothing visible i would say i my case ...signal seemed lil better thats all

ummm hello there me again I'm having trouble flashing a stock rom for my country and when I extract it from a ruu.exe and put it on my phone the rom.zip file and go to 4ext recovery it says it can't flash the rom and just aborts why is that happening I did flash that rom you suggested here deoxed but I can't flash this one did I do something wrong ?

that wont work

Rom.zip extracted from RUU's are not recovery flashable

they can only be flashed from bootloader by changing the name to PG58IMG.zip

I don't know how to flash via fastboot and when I try to flash thru boatloader it says it cant be flashed and few days ago I bricked my phone almost had a heart attack so I don't want to do it again and yes my cid number is 032 and it is supported by the ruu I downloaded I'm downloading a fleshable zip now of my rom so I'll see what happens but I still don't know how to flash properly

download is finished and it's ruu exe same one I downloaded few days ago and the rom is same so I'l try the method w/ out conecting to pc thanks again

i got my from phone from service and tried to unlock my bootloader using htcdev and hansons toll 2000 and when i put my token id in the data foledr and start the unlock bootloader(of course i registerd(again) for 2nd time because i needed fresh code bin and when i start the proces it says failed on soem point because it faild to read or find the code unlocker bin file why is that? it's getting frustrating pls help

Htcdev won't work.. You need to do soff without htcdev check my soff guide link my signature..

yes i have them all double checked.This phone is new because the old one had a problem and HTC changed the phone,the main board new imei.

With the previous one i didn't have a problem root it,but with this

phones with replaced motherboards can't be unlocked... The only way is soff no HTCdev way.. Guide link in my signature

I am on stock ICS on the Sensation, and I just wanna double check, but when it says to download the One X tool box and all things One X, you want us to use those One X programs to root the Sensation 4g?

dont use one-x tool ..instead use the sensation tool (in sensation development stickies) made by the same developer

I want to ask one thing anyone please help!!! If i root my phone without S-OFF and flash any custom rom like ViperS, will S-ON make any effect on it? I mean will I be facing any trouble using that custom rom or using custom rom on S-ON or S-OFF will be same?

if you meet any bugs or issues with a rom it hasn't to do with S-ON or S-OFF
it completely related to the rom

but if you try to flash any rom with S-ON use 4ext recovery and enable smartflash from it before flashing
