Hmm, so it's not like “copy everything to the same folders“?
Or is it some problems with the rights on the files?
That's right, you lose so much time to assign permissions and owners..

For CWM go here
This CWM is temporary - after restarting disappears (whenever we want CWM must redo the procedure) but with the locked bootloader works well. Use the option T3
Now we can get the root without any problems!!
Backup on the external card works too!

congrats :victory: In this case - would installing the temporary cwm and flashing superuser (for example) bring us root?

Has someone tested the method with 1380F? It gives an error when i try to flash supersu "can't mount /sdcard/Supersu.zip. Also you can not mount internal sdcard only external.

Yes - Superuser, custom rom and many others !
We no longer need rooted rom..
This method won't allow us to unlock the bootloader, right? Are you sure about the possibilities of custom roms?
What does this mean then?
WARNING : This Temporary CWM Recovery Session is for some Intel Devices with locked boot loaders , it is not intended for installing custom roms as if the devices has a locked bootloader the device will fail to boot the unsigned images
I am asking because I would like to buy the Yoga 2 (1050) if I can get rid of the original ROM.

I tried to flash SuperSu v.2.16 (from internal SdCard /0) on my 830L rooted rom from 25.12.2014 without problem (today I will try with stock)

That would be great. I tried to flash it on my 1380F with latest OTA Stock Firmware :) thx for your help!

Edit:

I can not mount the internal /sdcard
I See in your Screenshot that you got the option to "flash zip from external sd card" - i have only the option "flash zip from /sdcard/" although i got an external sdcard inserted.
If i remove external sdcard i can't mount either /sdcard or /external_sd on "mounts and storage" and can't flash zip files

After the failed flash of SuperSu cause of the "can't mount" Error i can't mount /sdcard afterwards and got no access to the /sdcard

If you need any Screenshots or something else i can take some :)

I tried to insert external sdcard before and after starting temporary cwm, none is working correctly. Adb sideload is also not working because adb can't find the device. :(

Have you seen this?:

check that the tool is reporting as either :
DEVICE STATUS: ADB-ONLINE
DEVICE STATUS: FASTBOOT-ONLINE

If " DEVICE STATUS: UNKNOWN " please check your cable connection and driver installation under Windows Device Manager
If " DEVICE STATUS: UNAUTHORIZED " please check if your devices is displaying an authorization prompt be sure to check Always allow from this computer and then press ok
and:

Note : KNOWN BUGS
installing using adb side-loading of zips doesn't work and breaks adb
you tell me

Yes, i have seen this.

The Device-Status is ADB-ONLINE or FASTBOOT-ONLINE depending on which mode i am. So drivers are correctly installed.

I also saw that adb sideload bug but tried it for further troubleshooting.

What i tried for now:
Boot Temporary CWM over ADB or FASTBOOT
After that i have access to my external sdcard over point "choose zip file from /sdcard" and can see all files and folders on my external sdcard
Then i tried to flash SuperSu v.2.40 and/or v.2.16
Everytime i do this i get an error saying "cant mount /sdcard/SuperSU-vX.X.zip"
After that i have no chance to mount external sdcard again

Over adb-sideload in temporary CWM i get no access to my device cause adb is not seeing my tablet.

I just want to help and began to troubleshoot some stuff - i don't want to complain and i would be very happy if we get this thing workin on a 1380F-Yoga Tablet 2 Pro

Edit:

Some progress:

I created an update.zip containing all files from supersu and added Lenovo certificates. The flash over "apply /sdcard/update.zip" is successful and i see the supersu app in my appdrawer. After starting the SuperSU-app it wants to update su binaries - choosing the update method "normal" here is unsuccessfull so i can't control root rights and no app is having root.
Worked once. Now i am getting the Error that no binaries are installed... :(

Or is it some problems with the rights on the files?

Could you please pinpoint us to a online tutorial or something like that?
95% of the OTA script is useless crap (check existing files, and tons of easywhatever crap), 5% is actual work.
usually about 2-10 files copied, rest patched using "applypatch sourcefile targetfile (targetchecksum) (targetsize) (sourcechecksum):patchfile".
then copying the patched files into the running system, setting all permissions and rebooting.
