Help with install SU

I have unlocked the bootloader and installed CWM but every time I go to load recovery it comes up with a white screen telling me it is entering recovery and has a disclaimer on not using it with non HTC phones, however after that it just hangs on a black screen and wont actually go into the CWM so I can install the SU, any ideas on what I might have done wrong or possible solutions?

you just need to install CWM_Recovery_en_v6.0.5.1
you can find in the video posted in page 15

any one know how to remove china unicom startup logo and replace with HTC logo?

Hey,
thank you very much !

I was finally able to root my Desire 610. But I had to use TWRP.

Though i´ve got some problems at the end.
I am not able to flash this mod, and Busybox is also not running(Tryed Busybox with AppStore and flashing a zip)

But is it right that I need the mod first before i can run Busybox?

Twrp also wants me to patch SD-card rights. --> But not possible because of the wrong kernel ( missing mod) ?

It would be awesome if somebody could explain how to install die mod. I just don´t get the linked Tutorial.

Thank you very much!

PS: I hope you can understand me  , my english isn´t the best:(

If i root my device using this tutorial of yours , and remain in my stock ROM without installing any custom ROMs,will I still get software updates from HTC officially?

Well I have installed about 3. Something gigs of apps and it was really painful lol so is there a way where after routing I could retain it all or make an image of it before routing and load it later on?

Rooting is must for me but I can't fathom going through the whole process again.

Thanks anyways. Also thanks for the pretty straight forward guide seems hassle free.
