Due to a new policy, after rooting the Galaxy S phones, you can't use Samsung Health and some other apps anymore.
Here is an easy way to "bypass" this policy.
1. You need a file explorer with root acces to / (Root Explorer, ES File Explorer etc)
2. Open "/system"
3. Open "build.prop"
4. Find line "ro.config.tima=1"
5. Change the value from 1 to 0
6. Reboot your phone
7. Done :fingers-crossed:
