I don't know how to use "Parted" instead of "Busybox.
I created partitions in "Internal Memory" using Fdisk in busybox and reformatted it but at last whenever we must use "-w" to save the settings, this happened to me :
" fdisk: WARNING: rereading partition table failed, kernel still uses old table: NOT a typewriter."

please help me.

I've got a really good idea, you should go and ask these questions in the Samsung forum they will have more appropriate help over there HTC legend is different phone and has different structure for partitions. HTC legend forums are also no longer populated with lots of users any more, and seams to be only by peeps who need help.
I don't know the answers to your questions as I've never had to do what your doing.
Maybe the whole problem is you followed a guide ment for HTC legend? I don't know really.
Good luck...

If you are having problems finding busybox for your galaxy, I suggest another option: Format your sd card using a linux computer.

The tools fdisk and parted are found in most linux distributions. You don't even need to install linux, just a livecd/liveusb will work. I recommend using PartedMagic distro. Download and make a bootable usb drive (through UNetBootin), boot from that drive, and connect sd-card to computer using a card reader. Then you can follow the above guide.

Hey, thanks for the tuto, i followed every steps as indicated then rebooted, now my phone won't turn off and won't even charge (led is off)... I'm using an Xperia S. I'm starting to wonder if I haven't made a mistake and formatted the internal memory. Any help?

I'm guessing you wiped the wrong chip, because OP mentioned mmcblk0 for SD card, but in some devices mmcblk0 is the internal memory, and mmcblk1 is SD card. If you checked the forum link you'd see this guide was written with a specific device in mind, always be careful when extrapolating to another device.

I don't think you can recover from that hardbrick, maybe with MTK tool if device has MTK processor.

As long as you have fastboot access, you can "unbrick" your device by trying to boot recovery image via fastboot and USB cable.
