[Guide] Set your bootloader back to LOCKED from UNLOCKED or RELOCKED

Download the attached image, and run

unzip attached zip file
Boot into bootloader (NOT download mode)
Run these commands:

fastboot flash pg1fs pg1fs.img
fastboot reboot-bootloader

and you are done

This can be done from a terminal or TWRP? The phone has only started charging, the computer is not detected.
