Thank you mate... still ...:eek:

First time using a Huawei Device... never had any problems with my other Phones ( Mi Mix and LeTv Le Max X900 ) in ADB Shell ... What the heck is going on with this Huawei ? :(

You need to go into developer options and enable USB debugging first, then plug the phone in. On the phone's screen you'll see a USB Debugging Prompt which you have to allow. Make sure you check the Always Allow box so you don't have allow it in the future. Then type in the commands that I listed at the top right of the spreadsheet

Thanks mate, USB Debug is set to ON, ( MTP ) Device Option as well. The strange thing is that when i plug the phone into the computer, nothing happens... there's nothing happens on the Phone Screen, no window appear so i can set and allow the debugging...:eek:

I have this strange problem with the USB Driver ADB Interface... I tried every driver available ( ADB Installer, ADB USB Device Driver, Google USB driver from SDK Tools )... none of them work... same Error 10 Code...

Try going into your C Drive (assuming you have a Windows PC) and into Users, your username, then delete the .android folder then plug the phone in again and try. Make sure in Device Manager your phone shows up under Android Phone as Android Composite ADB Interface.

PS : You are writing with White Font and is very hard for me to distinguish what you write...

I'm sorry about the font. I use the dark XDA theme and it writes black on black text so I have to change it to white. Ever since XDA redesigned their website they still haven't fixed it. Did you install HiSuite? It comes with the proper drivers.

Finally, i manage to connect the phone in ADB Mode and remove some of the apps...

What it worked for me was this :

1 - Connect the phone via USB
2 - Install Google ADB Composite Driver
2 - Turn On USB Debugging and Set the Transfer Type to MIDI ( was the only way the phone give me the fingerprint to connect to PC )

I manage to remove most of the bloatware ( China Version AL-00 ), however, i'm trying to uninstall some of the apps and i get the following error in ADB Console :

Failure [ not installed for 0 ]

Some of the apps that i'm getting this error while trying to uninstall :

com.huawei.FloatTasks
com.huawei.appmarket
etc

PS : I have made a list with all the bloatware that come installed by default in China Version AL-00. Mostly of them are identical with the L-29, except for the GApps, which me, i don't use any of them, except Gboard, PlayStore, Youtube.

When you type in the package names they are case sensitive. Make sure you type in FloatTasks and not floattasks.

oh no, i uninstalled some of the recommended apps and now my settings crashes. any advice would be appreciated.
Did you managed to fix your problem? I have exactly the same problem. All apps i removed are listed as safe in all guides i found.

My Settings are just closing after a second, it even does not show FC msg.

I had this strange problem as well. It's the emergency.apk . If you remove it, it will crash your Seetings. Make sure you do not remove Emergency.apk

I had to factory reset my phone. Can't take it that the settings kept failing, although a workaround is to add a settings widget from Nova. Accessing settings from the latter will not crash but still inconvenient

Seems like thats not the case with me. I have never remove com.android.emergency, so another app must be the problem for me.

Here are the apps i removed at first place:

com.huawei.hifolder
com.android.mediacenter
com.huawei.hicard
com.huawei.hidisk
com.huawei.hiview
com.huawei.iaware
com.touchtype.swiftkey
com.huawei.android.chr
com.google.android.onetimeinitializer
com.huawei.nearby
com.huawei.android.FloatTasks
com.huawei.intelligent
com.huawei.appmarket
com.huawei.parentcontrol
com.huawei.search
com.android.htmlviewer
com.huawei.phoneservice
com.huawei.himovie.overseas
com.android.partnerbrowsercustomizations.tmobile
com.huawei.iconnect
com.huawei.hiviewtunnel
com.hisi.mapcon
com.google.android.apps.tachyon
com.android.calendar
com.huawei.livewallpaper.matetwenty
com.google.android.setupwizard
com.android.sharedstoragebackup
com.facebook.services
com.example.android.notepad
com.google.android.street
com.huawei.hwstartupguide
com.google.android.videos
com.huawei.stylus.floatmenu
com.huawei.contactscamcard
com.swiftkey.swiftkeyconfigurator
com.huawei.hitouch
com.android.dreams.phototable
com.android.providers.partnerbookmarks
com.android.wallpaper.livepicker
com.android.apps.tag
com.facebook.system
com.huawei.android.instantonline
com.android.bookmarkprovider
com.huawei.pcassistant
com.android.email
com.android.providers.userdictionary
com.huawei.scanner
com.android.deskclock
com.facebook.appmanager
com.huawei.android.karaoke
com.google.android.apps.restore
com.huawei.vassistant

Can you suggests which of the above can case this problem?

Thanks. Nova shortcut is a reasonable workaround for me until the next OTA.

The only packages I didn't delete from your list are

com.android.providers.userdictionary
google.android.apps.restore
com.huawei.android.chr

I would say that it's userdictionary that could be the one that's causing the settings issue.

Is it possible delete trustspace? I saw someone saying that we can't delete it! :x
# pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.huawei.trustspace

I only have com.huawei.trustagent remaining which is the Smart Unlock feature on the phone.

I did:
Code:
E:\Desktop1\adb>adb shell
HWHMA:/ $ cmd package install-existing com.android.providers.userdictionary
cmd package install-existing com.android.providers.userdictionary
Package com.android.providers.userdictionary installed for user: 0
HWHMA:/ $ reboot
reboot
and my Settings are back on track. No FCs.
Thanks for the heads up.
