do you I need to have it set to Mob+simple or just Simple? when I set it to mobile+simple i get the error 67, but when i set it to just simple i get nothing at all. my active profile is 1 and i have both profiles 0 and 1 setup the same with correct HA keys and AAA keys. I also have only 2 profiles. I did a epic touch just like this and it worked just fine. any help would be greatly appreciated.
Uncheck profile 1. Set your network type to cdma only in the cdma drop down on cdma ws. This is assuming your on the Sprint version.

I did everything u said to the T and still nothing at all. I got 2 profiles ( 0 and 1) 0 is the active now with ha and aaa keys , 1 is there but not active it also has the ha and aaa keys. its set to mobile+simple and in the drop down in cdmaws i got it set to cdma only. do i need to change anything inside phoneinformation (*#*#4636#*#*)? or hdr/1x selection because it is set to cdma only also instead of hybrid. also note this is a sprint one on ICS
Sprint ones have to be set to Simple only and it won't take the shared secrets. So, you have to use vzw as the shared secrets and pass. That's why the 3G won't work on the Sprint one. Can't read the efs file system for the 10.key and a host of other stuff.

I appreciate all of your help, i did everything you said and nothing is working, im guessing because its on verizon prepaid none the the vzw settings work, must be able to accept those ha and aaa keys. thanks once again
Thought you were going to Page Plus. If your on VZW Prepay then you need a whole new method of which is against the rules here. Lol
ya i'm having the same issues. i can't seem to write the HA, or AAA keys (that i got from my fascinate s1), or they wont stick. i've got talk and text working, just not the data. and the same goes for my fascinate, i cant seem to get data on that phone either.
are you saying i'm screwed with this set up? i'm invested 50$ in verizon prepaid (and another 50$ card already bought, long story), and a 30$ fascinate for the dmu, ha, aaa donor. please tell me this can work with sprint s3 and verizon prepaid with 3g data!!
also, would you know how to port over a number in DFS? or how about in CDMA WS 2.7? i have existing tmobile number i want to port in. and also, do i have to change the data setting with newported#@vzw3g.com on all the PPP HDR etc?
I'm no saying that its not possible. I'm saying I can discuss the details on how its done due to forum rules. Sprint Galaxy S3 is much harder for me to get to work properly with 3G on Big Red.
im gonna try some stuff for the galaxy s 3 and keep researching

If someone wants to donate me the their Sprint gs3 and donor phone to test on for big red? Mine is on contract with Sprint not testing on it.
