For keeping your apps, try unchecking "data" in flashtool.
Anyone correct me, if i'm wrong.

Thanks bro .... I actually repaired the Phone's software via Sony PC companion. lost important files, sad though. However, I'd try and root again. but may i ask why some applications don't seem to get root access after i'd granted root permision with KingUser?? I could just stick to Kinguser if it works properly but it doesn't seem to

i has super su as a system app and after OTA to 5.0.2 i lost root access. previously i had used towelroot to root while in kitkat.

anyways 1st time it said success but nothing happened, i had to run kingroot again and it worked like a charm 2nd time around.

You need to type this sequence sh /sdcard/mrw/root.sh if you cannot type it won't work is sh than space than / stop telling don't work because it works great and the super su open after the script did his job on terminal and open itself and tell the binary needs to update I don't know what you do because the binary after update them the phone reboot bro keep reading and then do it is very easy even a child make it is very easy
it doesn't work at all. SuperSU said it needs to update binary, and the binary can't update since kinguser is still installed.

i tested again and again like ago last time (Reboot My Phone)... :(
how did u fix these rwboots ??

---------- Post added at 10:50 PM ---------- Previous post was at 10:48 PM ----------

On my XZ ultra i had first some problems, because SuperSu was already on it, but didn't worked anymore after the update to Lollipop.
Script gave me lot of errors.
I removed (uninstalled) SuperSu, also Kingroot and did all steps again. Then it worked.
But i don't know why on a fresh Compagnion version it don't works.
Maybe you check it out, by executing the script manually step by step in adb shell.
Sure its more work, but this will give you more information about the errors.
How did u remove king root ?

i doubt that Kinguser is the reason for your bootloop, it might be conflicting with something... do a factory reset from setting , then before installing anything else try this method or there's an alternative method without terminal HERE

Tried both after factory reset.........none works............so i am assuming its my locked bootloader !!
However no bootloop if i disable root !

What I did to have super su on my phone is, i rooted or with Kingroot and then I installed XZDR Recovery, then created a Pre rooted Zip including Super su zip and xposed zip and installed it with TWRP after full wipe, and after that installed XZDR Again

no, it has nothing to do with locked bootloader, if you disable root you don;t get bootloop , this means something with root permission is causing the loop...did you install Xposed ?
also you can try his idea if everything else fails,
my suggestion is to first install recovery, and from recovery do full wipe and then factory reset the , then factory reset from system...make sure no app are installed...
what customization (which country) of 5.0.2 did you install? did you flash with flashtool of updated from Sony?

Hi,
I have C6603 and I get bootloops every time I try to install a root app. I also loose my wifi access points at each reboot. Also the phone is really hot. I followed exactly the instructions on the first post and I read all the thread and tried different methods with no luck. And when it finally installs Super SU, the binary does not update. The script gives me errors (segmentation fault and read only file). I guess it's a locked bootloader problem, but the problem is that my USB plug on the phone is broken, so I can not run ADB on this device, and I can not unlock the bootloader. The kingroot solution was the only one that could work for me, because of this broken USB plug. Unfortunately it does not work at all. So I just removed all the installed apps and now it works normally, but it still doesn't have root, unless somebody has a good suggestion for me...
