About two IMEIs being the same, I think it can be a problem indeed if the sim cards are both on the same network.
I have a T-Mobile SIM, and I put in another one, and that one instantly didnt work anymore and had to buy a new one. I am not sure if the reason that SIM didnt work anymore, but I think its because of the same IMEIs.

I mean on the same network. So 2 T-Mobile sims in my case. Combi of T-Mobile and KPN (another network) works fine.

I did the same thing (2 T-Mobile SIMs) and it worked fine. Maybe also has something to do with which country you live in....? Dunno

Could be, or it could be coincidental. I don't know. I am not sure. My other network SIM which I use the most works fine. (only enable it when I need it because of battery)

No it starts normally . You cannot brick as of level one . No bootloader unlocked

The msm tool given needs username password the one I have works but says flash file format is wrong or some weird error msgs.
End result is flashing did not start at all
Can you give me the guide you used as well?

There probably is no way of removing this until we have a flashable image of a software version that is at least C57 or higher, which we do not have yet.
