Oh that is most unfortunate, I'm sorry your 7 Pro broke. Is the Note 10+ about the same or better in terms of performance and features? I'm not familiar with that phone. With regards to rooting your new one, prob just a matter of time. Seems like there's always a way. Thanks to some user on Telegram, the Verizon variant of the Pixel 2 I bought for my father, which is considered impossible to bootloader unlock and root, has in fact been rooted. Many thanks for your contributions here, they've been a tremendous help.

The note has the same chip as the 7 pro. Performance is about the same. similar screen resolution. the screen is a little bigger. the 7 pro has much better main cameras. but other than that I'm just trying to get used to the Samsung.

Samsung has a lot of their stuff loaded on the phone (most of it useless for me).

There are a lot of just minor differences worth how you get around. Overall I'm happy with it i guess.

I've looked all over for how to unlock the bootloader on this and there is only one thread for the snapdragon note that is a paid service. no tools or anything. and that thread is closed rn. not sure if I'll be able to unlock it or not.

Hello. I have a OnePlus 7 Pro with the following details
Android version: 11
Builder Number: Oxygen OS 11.0.1.5.GM31CB
Model: GM1915

I've unlocked my bootloader but I'm not sure of what to do next, because I can't find a boot image of the version 11.0.1.5.

Am I just out of luck with this device? Is it possible to upgrade to a new version and just use one of those available boot images?
