[Guide] to Installing S-off, Unlocking, ClockWork, Root, SuperCID & S-on

hi dear
i made mistake i broke my Sensation
i did full wipe and deleted my old stock room and it was s-on
boot loader is unlocked and i want to do s-off but i cant get Serial number coz Revolutionary method need to be in the system
i searched allot and i couldn't fine solution
can u or anybody help
my hboot 1.18.0000
and i tryed to flash many rooms with smart flash using 4ext and didt boot :'(

ok you need an RUU to restore everything to stock
get me with these details

first i need some details
post the complete output of this below command (except imei and serial number )
(you need to type this with phone connected from bootloader to pc ..and you need to open a terminal from your adb/fastboot folder then type the command ...just like how you typed commands during HTC-DEV unlock )

fastboot getvar all

The problem with this method is that he will have a working ROM but the soff process will become difficult ..as revolutionary has too much trouble dealing with unlocked hboots and custom recoveries

when i try to use adb to as i usen when unlock it give me this msg

daemon is not running starting it now on port 5037
daemon started ..
error : device not found

it was ruining on gb with htc sense 3

CID :HTC__J15


I will try to flash cm-10 gb then i will try to use Revolutionary to s-off then flash universal framework 3.33 and flash the vipers 3.1.2
is the order correct ?

Nope that way won't do ..
Do the way I'll tell you now it will be much easier and Hassel free

Get the proper gingerbread Ruu ( if sensation xe get the xe one )
From here ( dont try ICS Ruu's it will be a pain in future for you )

Then relock the bootloader
BTW adb won't work from bootloader you can only use fastboot commands


By typing "fastboot devices " it will get your device listed
Note: if phone is properly connected ..it would say FASTBOOT USB at the top in bootloader ..if its saying HBOOT press power button once then it should say FASTBOOT USB

To relock the bootloader
Type this command

fastboot oem lock

Then double click the Ruu ..at this point on your PC
Follow the on screen instructions

Once Ruu is done ..try to boot the phone directly
Then try revolutionary soff

Then come back again I'll tell you further as to what to do

If I now want to change my CID to SuperCID, will it erase my rom? Will I have to reflash, or can I just do a recovery of a backup in 4EXT, and keep SuperCID?

Also, what I just asked for CID, is it the same if I want to update my Firmware to 3.33?

Hi,

Always back up your stuff before doing anything major.
That means nandroid and titanium Backup.

Super CID does not change with the firmware update.
