1. Will this follow the updates from Hong Kong as per release or it will break the OTA.
2 How fast is Hong Kong update releases(getting monthly security patch on twn).
3. Read hardware is different (frequency band) in hk will it make any difference or issue
4. I am too using H860 twn, anytime if there is issue can it be reverted to twn rom.
Finally a suggestion from you , should I wait for Indian firmware with support to VoLTE. Does indian firmware get updates regularly.

1. I am not sure about the OTAs but yes we can manually update.
2. LG will push monthly security updates to all firmwares of all the regions.
3. Hardware is same, but software is changed to support extra frequency bands, that is the reason we are getting VoLTE on this ROM.
4. Yes you can revert to TWN ROM but that should be having same security patch that your current ROM has, because there is Anti Rollback in place.
I have tried different versions of Indian ROM (10i, 10j, 10k) then someone suggested to use HK ROM to get VoLTE, it makes sense as it has different frequency bands. I made a quick search on Google and found out that LTE bands in India and China are same. So I flashed HK 10c and soft briced the device as its having older security patch , again flashed twn Rom to revive the phone.
Then I found out that on Nov 24th 20a i.e 7.0 HK rom is out, I thought lets flash and see atleast I'll get Android N... Boom Android Nougat with VoLTE.
P.S. If you flash Indian ROM you will not get VoLTE as there's a check of IMEI to determine the region of the mobile (I think its same ROM for many regions) and the VoLTE option will not show up as our mobile is TWN.
