how on earth google maps or facebook is bloatware? why do you need a smartphone at all?
Any app that is preinstalled, but can be downloaded off Play Store, is bloatware to me. Google Maps is definitely not an essential app and I don't want it forced upon me. Facebook as well, I deleted my profile 2 years ago and I don't need it preinstalled, especially not as a system app.

Facebook is obviously one of the biggest piece of bloat of the modern internet, many people tend to prefer mainly using free and open source software, unfortunately it's quite hard to do that on Mobile until GNU/Linux phones become fully capable ( I mean it could be ok but nowadays even for paying you sometimes need some validation through Android/ios app )
Despite being heavily bloated Xiaomi smartphones are quite good for us because easy to debloat + unlockable bootloader and many custom roms to get rid of bloat and maybe also everything related to Google for certain people.

It's a shame that proprietary *** like netflix chrome and Facebook can't be uninstalled, I can be ok with that on a 200€ device and do stuff myself to clean my device but I'm pretty sure it's the same with Mi phones at 700+€.

Edit : BTW I juste uninstalled bloat with adb shell pm uninstall --user 0 <app_name> through terminal on Archlinux and it worked fine. To be honest I did it without checking the safe list before and it seem to be ok, I think I got lucky :D

If u use XiaomiADBFastbootTools, before doing a soft reset maybe u can try to reinstall some items bluetooth related which u uninstalled before. Just a thought :)

You have to install Java(TM) SE Development Kit 14.0.2 (or at least 11 version) first on your PC if you wanna .js file to work.
