Hi,

After using this guide my POCO x3 NFC is stuck on the loading screen "please wait a moment". Rebooting does not work, also can't reconnect to the ADB tools.

What to do?

I uninstalled the complete "safe" list mentioned on the first page.

But I already fixed it by reinstalling the file manager and poco launcher. So I would recommend not deleting those. Prob keeping the launcher is enough.

Ok i think the problem is fileexplorer, it's a different app than mi file manager

I did it my poco x3 but for some weird happen. My Bluetooth earbuds it's not working anymore after i did this. Not totally not working when i calling it's work fine but when i playing music or games there's no sounds? And when used other BT device its fine no problem. I don't know what is the problem. Any same experience like me? Btw, i already do trouble shooting like disconnected reboot cleat data but nothing. The only thing to fix is to reset data again. ?
Did you remove HybridAccesory - com.miui.hybrid.accessory ?? Maybe that's the problem ?

EDIT: Woah, after writing my post I realized why this was failing. I had disabled permissions for Mi Account and SIM Activation apps...... dddduuuuhhh ??

Hello all. I debloated my POCO NFC X3 immediately upon unboxing. I did not think to unlock my bootloader prior and now I am having issues with registering my device with the Mi account I successfully created with an email address and logged into. Do I need to register an account with my mobile number instead?

When I goto developer options I have checked "OEM Unlocking". Then I goto "Mi Unlock status," agree to the permissions required for Mi Unlock to access Mi Account, CPU ID, IMEI, IMSI." I then click on the 'add account and device' button at the bottom while only connected to mobile data network, wifi disabled and wifi hotspot disabled . I receive message stating "Couldn't verify, wait a minute or to and try again."

Are there any system applications that I need to reninstall to complete this procedure? Are there any applications that need specific permissions for Mi Unlock to function properly? Below is a list of the applications I uninstalled from user 0 through ADB.

pm uninstall --user 0 com.google.android.apps.photos

hmm anyone knows the code for those Apps :
1) Android Auto
2) GBoard

I have both shown in Google Play Updates as update available, but I don't use them.. tried to look for them in ADB but didn't find them there..

Hello, I just used Xiaomi ADB Fastboot Tools by Szaki on my fresh Poco X3 (just updated it to the newest MIUI first) - after connecting to Xiaomi ADB Fastboot Tools by Szaki and uninstalling the apps, the phone is stuck on 'just a moment' main screen - it has been like that for 10 minutes. I can access the quick apps and get notifications but the wheel is just spinning - should it take so long, or have I messed something up?

If so, what files can I safely Uninstall using the software I mentioned? The dev says all the things on the list are safe to uninstall, however I am not sure now...

I just factory wiped the phone after all, however I would like to avoid an issue like that in the future so please advise! Thanks in advance!

Yeah, I have, otherwise the phone wouldn't get recognized by the software - it was recognized and the apps were uninstalled but the phone got stuck on the screen that sometimes appears on your main screen, as if the app icons on desktop were loading.

Probably happened due to the fact that I may have selected some apps that actually weren't on the phone? I will try one more time, this time with less apps at once, we'll see if there's a difference.

It seems I went overboard with debloating literally every position on the list which resulted in a bug. I tried it once more, this time deleting only a couple of items from the list at a time and now I am fine. Kudos to the creator of this magnificent tool!

edit: sang the praise too quickly, now the battery status doesn't work - it stays at 100% or moves way too slowly.

What do I reinstall to make this work again?

UM I dont think this safe list is that safe actually. Uninstalling your launcher is going to get you into trouble since you cant interact with the phone. You need to have a launcher of some type or you will have trouble. Also without any launcher users will find it really hard to install through adb any kind of launcher since you will have to have enabled not just adb debugging but also itoggle install through usb in settings which you cannot toggle apparently until you have signed into your mi account which you may have uninstalled.

So this is so weird I could not reinstall the launcher and was stuck on the wait a sec screen with the progress just spinning. I restarted the phone and got stuck at the activate my device screen and could not activate the device rpc error or could not confirm account. I reset the data in the pocos stock recovery. Still stuck in the activate device screen. Replaced the sim card as it was out and tried several times and finally the device activated .Yikes I thought I was going to have to reflash the whole device! and I was worried that I might flash the wrong version of miui 12 global and brick it. So this is not just playing around if you UNINSTALL that list. I have unlocked the bootloader so I think I could have safely got back somehow but yikes ...it took many months to receive this phone in north america. Also the super weird thing is the apps that I deleted out of the safe list are back after all that which is why the phone works I suppose. What happened in the backround to replace those apps is what I'm wondering?!

Yeah, the solution I found is that I only disabled some of the apps from the list and only the ones listed in this thread, not in the app itself. Do it batch by batch, over a course of a couple of days and you'll be able to see what can and can't be safely deleted.

I haven't tried all the things from the list, deleted some apps and so far I haven't been stuck on 'wait a sec' screen nor has the battery display broken.

Dear God!
Why would you ever want to uninstall this?!?!?!?!?!
com.miui.touchassistant | Quick Ball feature

CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT IT!
Turned it on one day, not know what it is and CANNOT live without it now! EVERYTIME I think about installing one of the many custom roms I always remember that I need Quick Ball but cannot get it in any custom roms (is that STILL the case?) :(

Which battery display?

Also part of the resolution of the problem I had was I had to disable Xiaomi's locate device. I haven't completely moved over to the poco and removing the sim caused the activate device screen to appear which I could not do b/c I think I had removed some of the components that were part of the process. The only thing I could do was reset the phone in xiaomis recovery.

What do I need to put back to get some control over the frame rate.. It seems to be locked?!
What does this ball thing you so highly tout! do :D will it clean my house?
edit: hmm looks like you cant just reinstall some things like com.misettings,
