Thanks for supplying such a tool, unfortunately I tried it and had the same result has Fossil_Sioux on a Motorola XT901. Phone is recognized and when I select option 2 it reboots, but the lock screen is still displayed. I enter in any random pin and it just prompts me to try again. Any suggestions?

What's The Android Version?

BUT if you Are Out Of Options Then Go To Fastboot ,install Drivers. . . . And Then From The Software Format /data
It will now Be Unlocked But All datas Will Be Deleted. . . .
If Any problem Appears first Install Correct Drivers

Ok. If The Fastboot Mode Is Working Then There Is A Option For Reseting All Data And Format From Fastboot.This Should Work.Be Careful As All Data Will Be Wiped But you'll get your phone back

TRY WITH 2 OPTIONS
A
1.- shut down the phone
2- press power and vol - key
3.- the phone show android icon
4.- press both keys vol togheter
until show recovery menu
5.- go to wipe data option and
select with power key
6.- wait the process finished
7.- go to reboot and select with
power key
B
1.- shut down the phone
2.- press power key
3.- when the phone show motorola
logo release the power key and
instantly press vol -
4.- the phone show android icon
5.- press vol + for show recovery
menu
follow the same steps 5 to 7

I used ur method. recognized my phone but wasnt sucsseful. said error permisson denied. i used 2,3,4 no.
my phone is HTC chacha, android version is 2.3. if it needs update, how i do that?

Thats Is Because You Need Android Debugging Enabled To Unlock Normally.
To Unlock Via Fastboot Please install drivers
