How do i know if the bootloader is locked?

If your computer already has
drivers,
fastboot installed, then just connect your Mi4C in fastboot mode (vol down + power) to your pc, go to the folder where
fastboot.exe is located, open a command prompt there (shift + right click -> open windows here) and type:
fastboot devices (see if a number with letters appears, if yes then your device is seen)
fastboot oem device-info (with this command you'll know if it's locked or not).
If you don't have fastboot on your PC, I recommend you this little package:
ADB TOOLKIT.
Hi again, what about 4c development future? Hardware seems to be pretty capable, but what stopping me a bit from getting is that i'am unsure about future support.
Would be nice to have original Marshmallow at least, why not if even original 4 has it already (or Xiaomi will support only flagships like Mi 4/5 etc), i was looking at 4S because of it, of course more storage and SD and sensor, design is ... But i'am not sure it justifies 90 EUR price difference to me. So i wonder what is development future for 4c or 4S?
The story is i need a phone, want to spend something about 200 EUR, as example 4c would cost me 220 and 4S about 310 (i could afford it if it is really really worth it) to compare A510F Galaxy A5 (2016) would cost 420 EUR here .I don't want really much from phone but don't see point in getting something more or less descent for ~150 EUR when i can spend a bit more a get pretty good phone like 4c.
What i think is most important is replaceable battery (as i know it is possible on 4c after some unscrewing) and good future support, i don't mind using phone for 3-4 years if it lasts...
Thanks for opinion.
I think that for 200€ you can buy a very decent phone. Now here in Italy I can find in for 211€ (prime version). In my opinion it will last long, Mi4S is not so impressive and doen't have much more for 100€ difference. If you already checked all the phones with that budget in your area, then I totally recommend Mi4C (with 3gb RAM). The development section will grow up hopefully, because just a month ago the sources of Mi4C were released, thus the devs are "welcomed". For sure Xiaomi will upgrade Mi4C to Marshmellow, and maybe also Android N, who knows.
Replacing the battery should not be a big issue, I just changed the back cover of my gf's Mi4C, and I saw the battery which is quite accessible.
