Off contract price for 5 is more than 7, but selling used..even when in good condition is tought to get much for 5.

well i installed it and it runs ok ....but is asking me for a sim pin that i dont have ...anyone else had this issue ...yes i used search before i asked but nothing came up

I dont like it because its looks funny eg fonts are to small icons a to big why did dell set it to 120 it should be 160

really thinking "Dell" or someone working on this build @ "qipsa", etc. used a lot of DJ Steve's work here, I think they should have called him on it. Gave him a part in it and paid him, then of course he would likely be putting those guys out of jobs...

Are the hardware buttons disabled after installing honeycomb? Since honeycomb has the action bar.

Intro:
This is the big HC update, it is designed for the EU model Streak7. It should run fine on the US or wifi models, BUT cell service might not work if you own a US streak (ie the tmobile 4g one)

Requirements:

• You must be on stock 2.2.x (more techinally you must not have any HC build of streakdroid installed, as they repartition the device)
• Clockwork mod
• Battery charged to 60% or greater

I am curious. If I want to install this update without CWM, how do I do that? The Dell site has the .pkg file for download, but no instructions on that site from Dell on how to install the update. Can I place it on my SD card and run it as if it were an android application?

Unless you're on an EU streak7 it's not recommended to directly flash 507 as the modem update is for a different modem.

The only difference between mine and the official one is the modem update is removed

With assistance of SMKOUT333 I have added clockworkmod and rooting instructions for those who have used my version.

For those that are curious: mine and the version released by dj_steve are virtually identical after rooting. Mine is completely unmodified beyond removing the modem update. Steve's update version is pre-rooted and comes with clockwork mod preinstalled.
