I'll wait for mrRobinson to reply first, if there's something i can troubleshoot for him, i wouldn't want to convolute it by going back and forth.

Not sure if this helps but I checked the archive with WinRAR its telling me it’s a corrupt archive. “root66_VZW_new.stock.merge.7z: CRC failed in root66_VZW_new.stock.merge.tar.md5. The file is corrupt”. But the MD5 checks.
